I use to like this cleanser because of how gentle it was. I have very sensitive skin with acne and I just bought a new bottle, after using it on Saturday (it's now Monday) my face is as red as a tomato, peeling, itchy and in pain. Will never buy again and returning product! The new formula is horrible!

Extremely disappointed I’ve been a fan of this since 2020. Absolutely loved it for my dry, sensitive, & acne prone skin. But the last time I repurchased it, I noticed my skin would burn & get super red after washing my face. I thought it was something else, but with continued use, I realized they had changed the formula. As I checked out more recent reviews, others were having the same experience. What a shame, I will never repurchase.

It was gentle formula for my face and it didn’t dry out my skin, but I feel like it does not fully clean my face after using it. I still have dirt/makeup buildup on my face after and am disappointed each time, that I then have to reach for another cleanser to give my face a better cleaning. Gentle: yes Effective: no

This cleanser is amazing! It is a must have in your skin care routine. It’s light weight and not harsh when you apply to your face. After every face wash I definitely feel my skin hydrated and soft to the touch. I have really sensitive skin which includes rosacea and it being dry for some time and this has help a ton after adding it to my routine.

as part of a dermatologist recommendation, I thought that this product didn't quite suite my needs. It was a very light cleaner. As a positive, it felt cleaner, but not aggressive to remove dirt and dried chapped skin.

This is a very well known brand and was suggested to me. While I can’t say I totally disliked it, I do like Cerave hydrating cleanser better. For me it’s the feel of the cleanser better with Cerave. Also, the La roche posay comes out way too fast and too much. It’s so wasteful for an expensive product. You only need a pea size to do the job and at least a dime or nickel size comes out.
