I received a ton of these bags from a friend who purchased them for me. I had trouble getting my milk supply up, I finally got it up and was able to freeze some milk. Every bag leaked, I tried thawing them in a ziplock bag to see where the leaks was coming from. The leaks came from the bottom of the bags I cut all of them open put them in a different brand of bags.

I figured these bags were the gold standard for breast milk storage so I bought them, but these bags are terrible. They have a very high failure rate for leakage. It was so sad to get a phone call that my baby who wouldn't drink formula had no milk to drink while I was at work overnight because all the Lansinoh bags leaked and all his milk was sitting at the bottom of the fridge. Lansinoh customer service refused to provide a refund for their defective bags and I had over 6 boxes.

I bought these because a bunch of reviews were saying they were way better than the target brand. To me, there is no difference. They are all just meh. Both brands freeze fine and refrigerate fine for me.

I hate these bags. I have lost so much breastmilk because they leak. You don’t know till after you pull them out of the freezer. Some don’t leak but there is a lot that I had leaks in the bag and ruined or lost my breastmilk!

Pros: wide opening to pour milk in for storage. Cons: flimsy material, does not stand up well on its own, no separate spout to pour milk out.

To use the handy pour spout feature, just follow these steps: First, gently pinch the edges of the bag near the end of the zipper seal. This action helps to create a controlled opening. Then, with the bag held securely, utilize the designated easy write-on tab as your pour spout to smoothly pour out the milk. As for the bag material, Lansinoh® bags use a premium monolayer film that is very strong but also more elastic (easier to stretch and work with) than other competitive brands which use a more rigid laminated film. Our bags are designed to be laid flat rather than stand upright on their own.

I bought these bags because they are “highly rated” I pump and store my milk in the freezer. I just started thawing my milk that’s stored in these bags every single one of them have holes and leak from the bottom. This is extremely disappointing I’m loosing 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 oz of pump breast milk there for I have to thaw a 2nd bag each feeding. My baby only drinks breast milk and having to double up on the amount of breast milk due to issues with these bags is such a waste. Pumping/breast feeding is not easy and extremely hard on a mom’s body. Will probably go back to the original bags I started out with (motif) not a single bag leaked and there is a continent pouring spout.

If i could give it zero stars, I would. These bags are not strong and break when warming up the milk in a bottle warmer and also just under warm water. I lost at least over 50 oz of breastmilk in multiple bags due to these faulty bags. Do not purchase these, Medela bags are far stronger and never had an issue with those.

We do not recommend thawing the bags in a bottle warmer because the bags are made from softer plastic and the warmers are intended for use with hard plastic bottles. To warm breastmilk in the bags, we would recommend running them under warm tap water, or allowing them to sit in a glass or bowl of warm water. Not sure what’s going on with production but the most recent bags I purchased had holes in them. Not all of them. But still, very disheartening to lose milk because of a silly tear. I hope this brand sees all the reviews about the bags tearing and does something about it. I would hate to switch brands since they have been my favorite for some time.

These bags are amazing! Worth the price in my opinion. I was an over supplier and managed to save 1400oz in my deep freezer. Now that we've started using up the stash, I'm thrilled to say out of 600oz we've gone through so far, only 3 bags leaked or broke open! That's amazing! Obviously the dislike is the oz is not accurate on the bag, but no bag is, you need to go by the bottle and pour into the bag that way. But these are great! I'll be using them for my second baby too!

These are great, love the double ziplock and the ability to write the time/date/volume. However the ounces are off, they are less than 6 ounces. Otherwise great bags!

They can hold a decent amount of milk and freeze fine, but I have had multiple bags break or leak while thawing. It's heartbreaking when you're not producing anymore and milk is getting wasted by unreliable storage bags. Stick to Target's brand, I wish I did.

Very disappointed. I frozen most of my milk in these bags and now that I am unthawing them the majority of my bags have holes in them and leak. After working so hard to collect and store my milk it’s very heart breaking watching so much of it being wasted due to it leaking all over.

1. The bottom gusset is too narrow, so these bags won't stand up properly. They'lll constantly fall over in your fridge 2. The date/volume label will be upside down and you'll have to crane your head to check dates 3. The date/volume flaps are majorly in the way when trying to pour from your collection cup and will cause spills

For easier reading, please ensure that the write-on label faces the opening of the freezer or fridge when the bags are laid flat. When transferring your milk, we recommend folding the tabs outwards and pinching the sides of the seal towards one another to create a larger opening.
