Just OK

These are just ok, didn't stay cold/ frozen for more than a few minutes. Was more annoying than anything after giving birth. But the frida mom ones that you crack to freeze also didn't work, hit or miss and they are expensive so I would purchase these so they can be reused at least.

Great Product! used this for after my vaginal birth, i found that using the product cold or frozen works better straight after birth but as time goes on i switched to warming it up. i think this product really helps would the recovery period and makes it a more comfortable experience. If going to use make sure you purchase the protective sleeves as this provides more comfort and hygiene.
too small to hold the cold

i tried to use these ice packs for "down there" during my postpartum recovery at home and they were way too small to hold the cold i needed for relief. i wish i had reviewed the dimensions before i purchased. maybe they would be good for someone who had no repairs or trauma during birth, but as someone who was very sore for 2 weeks after giving birth, these were useless. i was so much better off filling a reusable baggie with water and freezing it.
Also perfect for perinial body repairs!

A week after having surgery, I was struggling with the ice pack I was using. I found these at Target and, trusting the brand from when I was a new mom many years ago, I had faith. These have been sp comforting and highly recommend!

Not only do these fit wonderfully, they offer relief from the instant they are in place. I love that they’re reusable and keep cold/hot time after time. I will definitely be recommending to all of my expecting friends to get through that not-so-comfy postpartum phase.

I thought this was a pretty nice tool to use for any person who needs a little help with discomfort down there. I will admit that it slipped around a bit and could be a little messy to deal with during a period or postpartum, but you could always just dump it directly into a sink to wash off without having to touch it with your hands. I used it for both heat and cold, and it felt great either way. I wouldn’t say the effect lasted forever but I always had another ready as a backup (so get two if you’re gonna use these!).
Postpartum must have!

These are sanity saving after having a baby! I previously used the cool packs that the hospital provided but they weren't the most comfortable and I liked the idea that the Lansinoh kind were reusable. The liners have to be tossed, of course but much less waste than others. They are so easy to use! I've frozen and warmed mine. They don't take very long to freeze and be ready for use. The warming takes about 20 seconds in my microwave. I have to admit that they don't stay frozen for quite as long as I'd like but for that I'd say it's best to have at least 4 to rotate out. You might find some other small uses for them too. My daughter took a liking to heating one up as a mini heating pad for her time of the month. She also recently had surgery on her arm, these were the perfect size to slide into her sling to keep down swelling. These are definitely a product you can keep around and find a use for after. They are very easy to clean and can be wiped down with alcohol. This is a great item to add to your hospital go-time bag!

Perfect for postpartum and laboring! I used during laboring on neck and currently using for pp care. I love that you can heat and freeze them. I also like that they have disposable slips to put in them, so if some blood or other things get on them you do not need to throw them away. It does come with multiple slips.

This product is incredible, hot or cold. I know it's mainly meant for a post partum product but my daughter sprained her ankle and there weren't many cold packs that could wrap around the ankle the right way, so I used both of these inside their sleeves and put a sock over to hold in place. Seriously a God send. They're so versatile and functional. I definitely need to invest in more

A must have after baby birth item. Warm up pad in microwave & once it's a temperature to your liking put in sleeve or not . I'd recommended putting another lining of underwear on over your current if you still having after birth effects. So that you don't get none on it or lay it on your incision if you've had a c section. Beads turn white when it has been warmed up & beads are purple cooled. Helps ease discomfort.

The Lansinoh Hot and Cold Postpartum Therapy Pads are a great thing to have on hand if you’re pregnant. They are narrow and long enough to cover your front and extend far back enough for plenty of coverage. I like that they can be used hot or cold but I primarily will use them cold. The box also contains sleeves that slip on the pad itself so you can keep the actual pad clean. I wish the underside of the sleeve had some stripe of adhesive to help keep the pad secure and in place. Other than that these are great to have at home and much more convenient compared to other options.

Love these!! They are great and a good size and soft enough to not hurt the delicate area. What I like is that they change colors when warmed up and cold came woth two in the pack to keep them on rotation when one starts to warm up the other is still in the freezer. Easy to calen and sanitize as well. Will be getting these for my other friends who are giving birth soo too!

Such a great product for postpartum when everything hurts. I love that it can be used for hot and cold with ease and the disposable sleeves are an added bonus to keep the packs clean. I also plan to use these after postpartum for bumps and bruises with the kids!

This has brought my niece so much comfort. She just had a little one a couple weeks ago and was complaining about discomfort from her stitches. If you are a women, you know where I’m talking about. I gave her this and she loved it after the first use. We both really liked how it came with sanitary covers for the ice pack. Not going to lie, I was super jealous that these didn’t exist when my kids when born. Super durable, and honestly, it has so many uses. My daughter took one and used it for her migraines. Worked great. Highly recommend.

These stayed cold very nicely. Although I prefer the convenience of disposable ice packs, these worked well & it was nice to have something reusable. Would gift these to new moms or use again for postpartum care.
