First review ever, the packaging is terrible you can handle get anything out and I literally threw it in the trash. It made my hair worse, both the shampoo and conditioner. I don’t understand how this was brought to market

Still did the job and left my hair smelling great, however it also would leave a bit of film leaving my hair feeling dirty once it tried. I saw Olivia Culpo recently received this as well as a product to try and I was excited to try it too! Just not sure I would buy again

Baffling that Target would even carry this and surely didn't test before putting on shelves. The shampoo is ok, nothing great, but the "trendy" packaging is ridiculous and didn't have the consumer in mind at all. The shampoo is a little easier to pour upside down to get out but forget about the conditioner. Won't buy again and wouldn't recommend.

As a former hairdresser who has used everything from drugstore to high-end professional products, I can confidently say the formula is exceptional. The company clearly invested heavily in research and development, and it shows—the product smells amazing and performs beautifully, rivaling some of the best professional products I've used. However, the packaging is where things fall apart. While I appreciate that they took inspiration from Kevin Murphy's angular design approach for more efficient shipping (something all companies should strive for), it seems they spent zero time having actual people test the packaging functionality. The bottles look sleek and modern, but getting the product out is a nightmare. Even with strong hands, it requires excessive force to squeeze anything out. Most of the time, I end up completely removing the cap—the only reliable way to access the product. And though I understand it's a concentrated formula requiring less product, struggling to extract even a pea-sized amount of shampoo makes the whole experience frustrating. The simplest solution would be redesigning the cap with a wider opening, similar to Kevin Murphy's approach. This small change would dramatically improve usability while maintaining their eco-friendly shipping design. Bottom line: Incredible formula trapped in infuriatingly impractical packaging. With a minor tweak to the cap design, this could be a perfect product.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Love the smell and leaves hair soft, but hard plastic. I have to press really hard to get product out. I just gave up and take the top off and comes out better. The shampoo is very thick as well.

The shampoo and conditioner smell great and have left my hair soft and shiny but I can already imagine I won’t be able to get everything out of the bottles due to the way they’re shaped
