I was skeptical because my hair is really suffering right now! 3 babies in 4 1/2 years and then a hysterectomy 90 days after the last one! Ive notified my hair isnt shedding near as bad. Theres normal shedding, but no longer practically falling out. Im hoping to see a difference in growth as well. My hair has always grown super fast but now its lacking nutrients. So I have a feeling this product will help me get my growth rate back.

I'm finishing up month 1 at 3 months post partum. I haven't yet noticed drastic changes to help reduce post partum hair loss and will continue to take for several more months for my hair. My skin has been glowing, however, and the amount of biotin has been adequate for my nails!
