Q: can i use my own favorite scents

A: The top of the included bottle of oil comes off. I washed the bottle and the wick. Then I filled the bottle with water and my own oils. Works fine. I washed unable to find the company’s refills.

This is because the bottle is specially designed to fit into the waterless Plant (and Candle and Shower) diffusers and also the Oil Blends themselves are specifically formulated to work in these waterless diffusers, one of the convenient features we love! We do have other more standard water mist Diffusers -for the full room and handheld personal diffusers that are compatible with other brands of Essential Oil Blends (Waves Ultrasonic, Stacking Stones, Everyday, Grounding Stones). I’m not a fan of fake plants, but this is an awesome idea for a teen’s room! My kids love this. It’s nice looking, easy to use, fits any decor, and covers up the “teen smell”. They like being able to pick the different scents. Also, the company’s customer service is great! Highly recommended!

Where do we find refills? Product is nice but if you can't refill the propietary oil bottle, what's the point? Your website says Target, Amazon, and Macys carry the product but they are all sold out. The item would be a 5/5 if you could use it for more than the one scent it comes with.

Those who say it looks real are lying lol. The one I received had so many sparse area you could see the plastic stems. It smells nice though but very subtle perfect for smaller rooms like a bathroom but it does look very very plastic. Maybe if the pot was ceramic it would be better looking

I bought several Lifelines waterless diffusers as Christmas gifts. I now find out there are NO REFILLS AVAILABLE. I saw posts from Lifelines dating back to August saying the refills are coming “any day now”. It’s been four months, so I think the refills are not coming. These are basically ONE-TIME USE items.

The scent of the essential oils is strong, and the rosemary lemon that it comes with is a clean, crisp, herbal scent. It isn’t a constant stream of mist like with traditional diffusers. Instead, it pushes out a burst of scent every few minutes. The scents that are offered for refills are very limited and they are all herbal scents. I hope in the future, they add more scents. This brand has a lot of really great scent blends but they’re not comparable with this diffuser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cool alternative to a candle or other scent products. I love cacti so this fake cactus is a great addition to my room. It look incredibly realistic from a distance and the pot is neutral enough to go with any room color scheme. The machine has a on off button that is right next to the battery level so when you turn it on or off you can immediately see what the battery life is. There’s also a heavy spray and a lighter spray for whatever you choose. The oil is in a tiny little container that slides into the bottom of the pot and clicks into place perfectly, it’s totally hidden. My biggest issue was the smell of the oil. I wasn’t a fan of the lemon/eucalyptus scent so I just poured it out and put in my own oil and that worked great. Hopefully there will be other scent pods available to purchase in the future.

Smells strong and is very much effective. Easy maintenance but the only problem is finding another oil replacement. I didn’t quite like the scent so wanted to try a different one but couldn’t find any near me.

The only downside is that you have to use the special essential oils made by the brand since they clip into the bottom. It also doesn’t dispense a steady stream, it diffuses in waves. Other than that I think this is a really cool product!

The plant is on the small side and perfect to be set on top of the toilet tank. Rosemary & Lemon scent is the something you would typically smell when first entering a hotel lobby - it's bright and fresh. I like that the scent is made of essential oils of rosemary and natural fragrances (a mix of lemon, basil and fir). The box also includes a USB/ outlet plug to charge the device, with a single charge lasting for around 20 days.
