Lifetime Adjustable Portable 52" Basketball Hoop - White/Black

So far so good!

I bought this for my grandkids to play with. So far they are having fun!

Hoop is great. Adjusting the height is really easy. But assembly needs at least two people and will take multiple days.

Got the system all setup and when I was adding water to the base we noticed that the base was cracked on the seam and won’t hold water

I watched and read the instructions. Could not find my specific model video. I had issues with the nuts not turning straight when putting them.with the bolts. Had to buy 2 large bolts because the onces the box came with were not straight.

Had it for 2 days so far. Assembly was not too bad (3-4 hrs with mostly just me and my 6 & 8 year old boys helping). I like the 54” full size backboard. Time will tell if it’s durable.

Bought it for my 11 year old son for his birthday. It was easy to put together. My son loves it.

purchased in 2016, 7 years ago. Durable base. Overall good product. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Unfortunately a very strong wind blew it over a few times when at 10 foot height. Make sure to add all the sand you can until the base is full. Now I have to purchase a new rim because its shaped like an egg, sort of like playing at the state fair, cant make a shot lol

Not able to remove screw, so had to cut it off in order to complete the setup. Waiting on this part to arrived, so we can complete the process

I love this product! I've had it for almost 10 years and my children have grown up playing on this hoop all day everyday and every chance they get. It's been very helpful being able to change the height of the hoop so easily and really enjoy having dunk contests with kids in the neighborhood. I got this hoop when my kids were 4 and 0. Now one is turning 14 in a couple of days and my 9 year old also loves this hoop so much. We might get one for our patio

This Lifetime basketball hoop is just awful. About one hour into the assembly of the first hoop I bought, a part broke. I returned the entire hoop to the store and picked up a second hoop. Two hours into the assembly of that hoop, I found that a part was missing. Headed back to the store for the third time in three days to see if I can open a box and get the one part I’m missing. Please consider another brand when looking for a basketball hoop.

Gave Lifetime the part numbers and without hesitation they are sending me replacement parts. Well worth the premium price of the basketball hoop to have customer service be so amazing.

What amazing customer service! A crazy windstorm blew over my Lifetime basketball hoop last week. Somehow, the water sealant cap for the basin cracked and needed to be replaced. The folks at Lifetime helped me identify the proper replacement part, and are sending me a replacement, no questions asked. They were easy to deal with and quick to respond. Much appreciated.
