Q: What is the backboard frame made of? I see the backboard is Acrylic fusion, but what is the frame itself?
A: Hello, thank you for asking. The backboard material itself is Polycarbonate, or Acrylic. The frame is constructed of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is a strong Resin material.

Q: Exactly how do you adjust it?
A: This system is adjusted by tipping the system forward and removing the pin from the pole. Slide pole to desired height and reinsert pin. Here is video that may help: https://youtu.be/DkGwUq0s6k4

Q: How tall can this net go please answer asap
A: This system adjusts from 7.5 to 10 Feet in 6 inch increments.

Q: In the base, can you use water or sand? What's recommended? i read somewhere that water was okay, but I believe the instructions said sand.
A: You can use either, but sand is the best option as water can leak out or evaporate over time.

Q: Can the hoop be taken apart after you assemble it?
A: Yes there is a way to take it apart. The tricky part is getting the pole apart after they are seated. But, there is a way to get the poles apart. There is a youtube video to assist with this: Lifetime Drop Method.

Q: Can this hoop easily be moved in and out of the garage? Our HOA doesn't allow portable hoops to stay outside
A: Yes! There are built-in wheels on the base that make the system easy to move when needed. Just tip the system and roll it where needed.
