[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the sugar-free version of Líquidi.V Hydration Multiplier, and overall, I’m ok with it. It comes in three refreshing flavors — Lemon Lime, White Peach, and Raspberry Melon — and each one has its own personality. Because it’s sugar free, they taste a bit artificial though. As a hydration aid, it works well. I did notice that I tend to drink less water because of the added flavor, but it probably still provides the hydration I need.

Usually, I go with something like Pedialyte while at home but I wanted a powder form to bring on the go when travelling. So these Liquid I.V. packets were the perfect addition to my arsenal. They taste great, though I find half a sachet is strong enough for 40 oz of water, and help my headaches go away much quicker. My favourite flavour was the white peach with the lemon lime close behind! These tasted refreshing and not super artificial. I would be interested in trying the brand’s other flavours as well as I enjoyed these thoroughly.

The raspberry Mellon had a aftertaste to me, the white peach. I drank it, and the lemon lime I can drink, it was good . And it may have been different if I'd had the regular kind instead of the sugar-free . To me, sugar-free drinks have a aftertaste. So don't take my word for it. Try it yourself . Again the lemon lime was good .

I tested out three flavors: Lemon Lime, Raspberry Melon, and White Peach. Lemon Lime was definitely the standout. The flavor is light—not too strong—and it doesn’t have that weird aftertaste or bitterness that a lot of sugar-free options have. I actually liked it better than the regular Lemon Lime flavor and would definitely pick this one up again. White Peach had a noticeable artificial peach flavor. It wasn’t awful, but it took a few sips to get used to and didn’t really grow on me. I wouldn’t reach for it again, but it’s tolerable. Raspberry Melon was my least favorite. It tasted overly sweet and artificial, and even mixing it with cold water didn’t help mellow it out. Not something I’d choose again. The packaging is super convenient—each serving comes in a slim tube that’s easy to tear open, though you do have to be careful not to spill the powder. They come in a box, which makes storage easy, and the tubes are perfect for tossing in a bag to use on the go. I struggle to drink enough water daily, so having flavored options like this really helps me stay hydrated. Overall: Lemon Lime is a great sugar-free pick, White Peach is okay, and Raspberry Melon is a skip.

Each packet was very easy to open. I’ve had some water flavoring packets that have been hard to open but these weren’t. My son and I tasted all three flavors and they were good! We liked the white peach and raspberry melon the best but the lemon lime was good as well. These are great for the summer, workouts, sickness, theme parks, or even just to add some extra electrolytes in your body.

The ingredients seem pretty good but not all the flavors were tasty for me. I personally enjoyed the lemon and lime and I did not like the peach one. If you’re not working out, it might be a bit thick or salty for your taste (my kids said it was too strong), but it gets the job done!

However, I am not a fan of allulose and added ingredients. In a pinch, these def work and are a better alternative to the original formula. I would say the brand to beat is “Cure” since they have cleaner ingredients and sweeten with stevia leaf and monk fruit.

You can’t go wrong with any of the 3 flavors: White peach, lemon lime, or raspberry melon. These are perfect to drink after a quality run or workout (or a night out, iykyk). If you haven’t had liquid IV before, it can be a little thicker feeling than water which takes a second to get used to. But these are so easy to use, taste great, and really make you feel more hydrated and alive and speeds up recovery. I did receive this specific box for free for my honest review, but I am a long time buyer of Liquid IV and will definitely repurchase this sugar free version!
