My video doorbell only works half of the time. It constantly disconnects from the home wi-fi network. The previous unit did the same thing, but Lorex took that one back.

The product works well and does exactly what I need it to do. My biggest complaint was the difficulty in giving multiple users access to the doorbell functions. I would think that would be very common with your users but there was nothing in the start-up guide about how to set that up. The online user guide had information but it was confusing. I had to call user support (very helpful, BTW) to get things resolved.

It works but its incredibly disappointing to learn that it's incompatible with the Lorex NVRs. I assumed that when wiring the doorbell power it would be capable of always on and just use battery in case of a power outage. Don't buy this unless you are planning on using it stand alone.

Works great. Battery lasts a long time. My only complaint is the QR code was so small that my phone camera couldn’t read it and I had manually enter info to connect to my system.

The product is great...once you figure out how to set it up. The directions provided miss key steps like removing the SIM card, holding down the reset until the SECOND message, etc. Sad that a technology company can't put together simple straightforward instructions for setting up. Don't use the video or anything you find online. Call the 1-800# that you can find in tiny font at the very bottom of the instructions.

Motion sensing is definitely lacking. Even with the settings turned all the way up there is not much detection. Notifications are very slow also compared to the wired units. Battery last quite a while though! Easy install and set up

I like the lorex products, but they are not the most user friendly product. So far, I can't get this to connect to my wifi. Keeps saying invalid password even though I know it's the correct password. Very disappointed so far.
