I just purchased two PETLIBROs and so far so good. I'se had them up and running for three days and have been enjoying them this far. Love the video feature with audio capabilities! Every feature I could want. I wish the hopper was larger to hold a whole bag of food.

Unpacking and initial set up instructions are fine, however directions on how to schedule meals and amounts are severely lacking. Instructions on line don's address this either. Nothing is verbalized on YouTube and vaguely shows just initial set up, with music playing in the background.

We recently acquired a kitten and this has been so helpful in spacing out her feedings. My husband was coming home everyday at lunch to feed her, which is not convenient. She initially was scared of it but now goes running as soon as the food drops. It is also nice to check throughout the day to see if she has eaten. It was easy to set up as well.

Everything works well however there are some design improvements to consider: elevating the machine so the food bowl can be higher and more ergonomic for the cats and the dispenser makes a lot of noise and mess at each feeding with crumbs in the crevices. Other than those two things, everything else is working well.

it's a nice feeder and easy to clean. the voice recording is too quiet and it plays at the same time that the food drops, so you can't hear it at all. the app is hard to use. I wish it could record clips whenever it feeds.

We could not get it to work and my husband is very tech savvy. We are waiting on the refund approval email . We have 2 fountains and 2 feeders without cameras and are very happy with these products. We were excited about the WiFi camera feeders but it has to go back.

The product delivers on all its promises so far. The camera is a good addition and worth the price bump. The process was hassle free for me and the app has been easy to use as well. My primary critique for now would be that the plastic divider for the 2 trays seems a little fragile, if you move it around too much. But you do get a spare in the packaging. I will have to let my cats use this for a while before I can comment more.

All is working well. My little girl kitty, Thea, dislikes any changes in her environment, and is a very early riser (5:00 am) which I am not, so I have Alexa turn the kitchen lights on at 5:00 am just as two portions of dry food are dispensed into her bowl. Problem solved. I did have a situation with my glucose monitoring program running in the background and slowing my phone to a scrawl. I turn that feature off and now everything is fine.

Everything works as advertised, so I'm not going to talk about that. I am going to give the packaging engineer praise, because someone spent some good amount of time figuring out the best way to get everything packaged safely and economically, while keeping the footprint small. I was expecting a larger box and a bunch of polystyrene, but was pleasantly surprised that it was cardboard and recyclable plastic. Fantastic job!
