Q: Are these good for toasting?

A: Our paper sandwich bags cannot be used in an oven or toaster. They are Microwave-safe (1000W (or less) microwave). Microwave for up to 2 Mins. Heating beyond 2 minutes is NOT recommended! Hope that helps!

Q: Are these BPS and phthalate free as well? Are they bleached? Other ones in the brand specify not bleached.

A: Our reusable bags are made of a blend of polyester, cotton and polyurethane. We are lab tested to comply with FDA approved food safety standards and are free from BPA and phthalates. Our products meet all federal and state consumer product safety standards including in the state of California.

Not sure why all the 5 star reviews. I’ve put just plain bread slices in the bag and by lunch time the bread is stale. Chips are like rubber by lunch time and if there is any grease it goes through the bag. I give it one star for cute print and it sealed well.
