Introducing the Claro smart switch for Caséta smart lighting. Lutron's most popular switch design is now smart and works with your existing Caséta products. Match existing paddle-style switch in your home with the same elegant, recognized aesthetic on both the switch and the Pico paddle remote. With the Pico paddle remote, add an additional point of control wirelessly, without needing a hub or password. Add the Caséta smart hub later to unlock advanced features such as scenes, scheduling, app control, and connectivity to Alexa, Apple Home, Google Home, Ring, Sonos, and more. Mounting the Pico remote to the wall with the included Pico wallmount bracket makes the Pico remote look and feel like a new switch, without cutting holes and pulling wire normally required for installation. The Claro smart switch is ideal for areas where dimming is not needed, such as garages, hallways, or outdoor porch lights. The Claro smart switch features a soft glow LED indicator light that brightens when your lights are activated. Kit includes (1) Claro smart switch for Caséta smart lighting, (1) Pico paddle remote, (1) wallmount bracket, (1) coordinating wallplate, and wire label stickers for worry-free installation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This switch is exactly what I needed! When walking into our kitchen, you have to walk to the complete opposite side to turn on the lights. This fixed that! We installed this one where our previous switch was, and now we have an additional switch mounted by the entrance. The best part was no electrical wiring was needed to install the second switch, you literally could put it anywhere!! Now we have 2 switches to turn on our lights. It took about 30 mins to install. I do wish it had the capability to be set up with smart home products without the hub. We have so many smart home items and multiple hubs, I don’t want another. That’s my only critique.

It was an easy install and setup. The battery switch can go anywhere! The switch also had a light in it that illuminates when it’s on so we can just look at the switch in the house and know if the garage lights are on or off. Love this!!

I am surprised to see how easy it is to have this installed and my husband did this just following the instructions on the box in few minutes. The final result is great. The look of the switch is modern and at the same time elegant and that made our living area look great. I love to have a way to control several lights in one single switch and in an so efficient and effortless way. Just in time for the family gatherings for the holidays. I love to have another smart item on my home.

It was quite decent when it came to setting it up and getting the wires and everything together. My husband did that within about 20 minutes and it was very Easy in his opinion if you’ve ever done light switch before. I love that I’m able now to control three different lights with. The most convenient feature that I love is being able to have the app on my phone and use app to connect to the lights

I installed the light switch! It was super quick and easy to install. The directions were super clear and easy to read and understand. I also love the fact there is a remote to turn the lights off without having to get up! Pot sweetener- there is a smart hub where I can control the lights with my phone. I really love that feature, especially for when I travel from home and want to be able to turn the lights on remotely!

It took him about an hour to put it all together. The paddle-style switch is perfect because it matched our existing outlet. It looks very neat. We have the smart hub and we use Alexa to turn it on and off. Connecting it is easy. It is a perfect addition to out house!
