Lysol Laundry Sanitizer Free & Clear

Actually removed hockey and lacrosse stink from gloves and jerseys. I am shocked how well this works and wish I discovered this years ago. Just add to washer along with regular detergent ( I use persil) and odor is gone! It isn’t masked (like with scent beads do) but is just truly gone.

We have not have had any problems if the clothes stay wet after the end of the cycle for an hour or two. Before using this, if we didn't get to the laundry quick enough, it would start to smell. This does a great job with knocking out the residual bacterium.

This came out just before Covid hit, and I believe that it contributed to our not getting sick. We use it on towels, sheets and underwear routinely, and everything should on of us be sick.

Be careful! This has corrosive warnings on it. Irreversible eye damage & burns to skin could happen. Warning says use with protective goggles & rubber gloves, do not inhale fumes. Then it says wash hands, forearms, & face after removing your goggles & gloves. Keep away from pets & children, & keep locked up for storage. Do not wash clothes that will be around pets. It could kill small animals off gassing. Which could be harmful to babies & children too. There’s a review online that a ladies parrot died the day after she covered the cage with a blanket washed then dried in this. Another review online of 2nd degree blister burns to a woman who wore a bra rinsed with this everywhere it touched her skin. I double washed my clothes in regular soap after I used this. We have sensitive skin. If I’d known I never would have used it. I returned it. I’ll stick with a pet safe odor remover instead to remove funky or bad smells, and my baking soda in the wash.

Love the product but never received it, Fed Ex said it was damaged twice. Target shipping department needs lessons on how to pack their boxes!!!

free and clear is so hard to find at other stores - target to the rescue! This makes a big difference in my laundry

I enjoy using this Lysol laundry additive to my loads to help with sanitizing my towels without using bleach.

My husband and I do jiu-jitsu and I wash our Gi’s daily. I feel comfortable using this laundry additive to kill the germs while washing in cold water.

I was introduced to Lysol Laundry Sanitizer during covid and haven't stopped using it. With 4-5 dogs at our house at all times, I just feel like my clothes and blankets and bedding get cleaner and fresher with this. Due to my allergies, I use the free and clear for my clothes and bedding, I use. the scented for dog blankets and my husband's work clothes to help make them fresher smelling!

I was using bleach in my kids clothes because I couldnt get the smells out of them. It was leaving bleach stains on them so I thought i would try this. It worked like a charm! I have also forgotten to move the laundry over to the dryer for a day and a half and the clothes did not smell of mildew like they would if i didnt use this. I love it and will be using it again.

I really like this product for towel, blankets, sheets. It does a great job sanitizing. The clothes smell so nice and clean.

this is a MUST! it makes everything smell SO fresh — not in a way scent beads or good smelling detergent/softeners can!

Especially like using it over the holidays with flu in the air...after 2 weeks together everybody got back home healthy....sent small bottles back with the 2 who have to use shared laundry facilities

This is the absolute best product for removing odors from clothing and not just masking them with fragrance. I have severe fragrance sensitivities and can not use scented detergent or fabric softener. This product has been a game changer for my family. Works on musty towels and smelly teenage boy socks, and will not damage more delicate items. Love this

I have not found anything more effective at removing stubborn body odor from fabrics - particularly gym clothes, sweatbands, and towels. No need to blast your fabrics with hot water, vinegar, or bleach. I will buy this forever.

Works great in my washers sanitize cycle. Helps remove rough odors in towels and active wear.
