A: Hi S, I am so glad to hear you are loving your Sonic toothbrush. It sounds like it is misaligned, please try the below to troubleshoot: -Carefully remove the sonic head by lifting it (do not twist). -Adjust the metal spoke so that it sits horizontally on the body of the sonic toothbrush. -Once the metal spoke is horizontal at the front of the brush, reattach the head, ensuring it faces completely forward. Q: How does the automatic timer work? Does it vibrate every 30 seconds like other models? Or does it shut off after two minutes? Or something else?

Every 30 seconds, there will be a pause indicating that you should move on to another quarter of the mouth and yes the toothbrush will shut off after 2 minutes. I've had this toothbrush for several years and I can only say good things about. It's a top quality toothbrush, really well designed and works incredibly well. The design is sleek and elegant. The battery runs for a long time between charges and keeps your teeth incredible clean. I was the first in my household to purchase one of these and we've since bought one each for the entire family. We've also switched to their toothpaste, mouthwash and other oral hygiene products. Their customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful too. Highly recommended.

I've owned the Phillips Sonic care toothbrushes since they came out. They've always been hard on my gums, and they would always stop working. I got annoyed and bought another toothbrush. I like that there's only one model. I don't have to research what people like or dislike about this toothbrush. I bought my kids toothbrushes. I like that they have different colored monsters. It's much easier to figure out which one belongs to which kid. I also wanted to comment on the issue I had with my toothbrush. I sent an email, and would you believe the owner messaged me back? She shipped me a new toothbrush and a handwritten card. I love the stickers she threw in and samples. I'm happy to support a small business, and I hope they'll be around for years to come.

I wasn’t a fan of electric toothbrush until I tried this one! I have been using it for almost a year and it works great! Barely needs to charge it. The three modes are easy to use and feel good when brushing. The design is so much better than any other electric toothbrushes on the market. My dentist also commented on how good of a job I’ve been doing on brushing. Such a wonderful product and it is totally worth it!

If I could rate this toothbrush higher I would. I have tried the Sonic Care and Quip before, and I didn’t feel like my mouth was fully clean after each use. Nothing compares to this toothbrush. I have also bought my kids ages 2 and 8 their own kids toothbrush as well.

I really enjoy this brand. The products are great and effective. I had a problem with one of the items I purchased and I emailed their customer service. They sent me a replacement with a hand written note thanking me for supporting their company. Love that it makes my teeth look and feel really clean. So nice and sturdy as well. Comes with a travel case which is very convenient.
