I have 2 of these toothbrushes (different characters) for my twin boys and they love using it. The charge lasts an extremely long time! One of my kids dropped his toothbrush and it stopped working shortly after that. One of the founders of the company responded herself and offered to send me a new toothbrush because I was unable to locate one at any local Target stores. Not only did she send a new brush, she also sent a full size tube of toothpaste as well as 2 travel size toothpastes! They didn't have to do any of these things as the brush was long past its warranty and it was operator error. Such a wonderful company and I will continue to give them my business. I only wish their products were available at other retailers in addition to Target.

Our son enjoys brushing his teeth with this tootbrush, the 2 minute timer helps him know when ihe has brushed long enough. It has 4 different periods helping him know when to switch surfaces. It also helps him with minding the charging levels as a way of taking care of his things. The graphics are fun, yet chill.

My kids love their toothbrushes! I like that it has a 2 minute timer with 30 second intervals to remind them to move their toothbrush. The charge holds for a few weeks and is easy to recharge. Around 2.5 years old, my daughter absolutely hated brushing teeth. It was a HUGE battle at night before bed with kicking and screaming. I was desperate. One of my friends told me their son used this and I had never heard of it but thought the characters were really cute and I loved that it was affordable for an electric toothbrush. I figured she would like it because my husband and I also use electric toothbrushes. So I brought her to Target and she got to pick it out - we got the shark one. She didn’t take to it right away at night but after a few nights we no longer had to battle her!! I was SO happy. The customer service like everyone has mentioned is top notch. I reached out to them because I realized a few months after purchasing, that the replacement heads were missing. I ordered a set of 3 anyways but their co-founder, Lisa, responded that she could replace them and was just so kind and understanding. She also shared that they have an anticavity club for kids they just launched. It’s free to join and they send your kids stickers in the mail and cool things to get them excited about brushing! I love their dedication to dental care. 10/10 recommend!!

The built in timer is very handy for helping the kids know when to switch sections for brushing and then when to finish. My kids love the characters and were very excited to start using these. I appreciated that they come with two replacement heads. I bought all four characters and had a slight malfunction with one brush, but reached out to the company directly and they very quickly shipped me out a replacement. I would definitely recommend this product.
