Q: Hello, how can I replace the head of this toothbrush? I’ve tried pulling it really hard, but I can’t remove the old brush head.
A: From the brand website directly: To replace your toothbrush head, twist the head into place and lock it into position.

Q: How often does the toothbrush need to be charged? Should it be plugged in after every use?

Q: I have had this on the charger for over six hours and the red light is still on, cant seem to find anything about how long it takes to charge. Does red mean its charging or defective?
