Around 2.5 years old, my daughter absolutely hated brushing teeth. It was a HUGE battle at night before bed with kicking and screaming. I was desperate. One of my friends told me their son used this and I had never heard of it but thought the characters were really cute and I loved that it was affordable for an electric toothbrush. I figured she would like it because my husband and I also use electric toothbrushes. So I brought her to Target and she got to pick it out - we got the shark one. She didn’t take to it right away at night but after a few nights we no longer had to battle her!! I was SO happy. The customer service like everyone has mentioned is top notch. I reached out to them because I realized a few months after purchasing, that the replacement heads were missing. I ordered a set of 3 anyways but their co-founder, Lisa, responded that she could replace them and was just so kind and understanding. She also shared that they have an anticavity club for kids they just launched. It’s free to join and they send your kids stickers in the mail and cool things to get them excited about brushing! I love their dedication to dental care. 10/10 recommend!!

This is a great toothbrush for young kids. We love the different characters for each of our kids. The heads are easy to replace and the battery lasts a while. We just wish the replacement heads were in stock as opposed to online.

The built in timer is very handy for helping the kids know when to switch sections for brushing and then when to finish. My kids love the characters and were very excited to start using these. I appreciated that they come with two replacement heads. I bought all four characters and had a slight malfunction with one brush, but reached out to the company directly and they very quickly shipped me out a replacement. I would definitely recommend this product.

These are our absolute favorite electric toothbrushes for our kids, and we’ve tried them all. The price point is great. They are consistently well powered. They are lightweight and easy for small hands to hold. The brush head is slim and fits easily in small mouths. The rechargeable battery lasts forever (like two months before we need to charge). And the replacement brush heads make for less waste since we don’t have to throw away the whole toothbrush every time the bristles get worn.

First I accidentally ordered the wrong replacement brush heads (ordered adult not kids). I reached out for exchange and they sent me Kids brush heads FREE! Then the toothbrush stopped charging. I reached out and they sent me a new base FREE (no questions asked). This is most excellent customer service, which is so rare these days. My only suggestion would be to try to make the replacement heads more eco friendly.

This toothbrush is a great option for parents with kids in the tween stage. Child: “No, I don’t want your help.” Me: “But you have hair and the next pandemic growing on your teeth.” After transitioning to this brush, said child is no longer cultivating the next pandemic. Completely died & back to regular brushes we went

The first charge lasted a while, but then 2 out of the 4 I bought wouldn’t recharge at all. The other two completely died a couple months later. They vibrate (outside of the regular toothbrush vibration) 4 times in 2 minutes. That just confused my kids. My own electric toothbrush just vibrates at the 2-minute mark.

Literally the best toothbrush we have found for our boys. Love that they have replaceable heads especially with our biters. You also won’t find better costumer service!
