A: Hi tra617, when charging our electric toothbrush it should light up red. It should only take 2-3 hours to charge, then the light will turn green. The handle is a perfect size for their little hands, the brush head is comfortable and the buzz isn't over stimulating. We had an issue with our toothbrush and customer service (one of the Dentist's actually responded to my inquiry) not only sent us a new toothbrush, they included my daughter's favorite toothpaste as well as travel size toothpaste's and stickers! The toothbrush holds charge for quite a while and is super easy to charge up. I cannot say enough good things abiout this brand or their outstanding customer service

I have purchased two of these for my kids - the one is going strong after four months but the other wouldn’t charge. I contacted the company and within 24 hours they were sending me a new one. The brush heads are as cheap or cheaper than a lot of other brands. As long as they continue to stand behind their products, I’ll support them. Their website is great and they even have an “Anti-Cavity Club” kids can join for free.

This toothbrush did not last my daughter past the second charge. It just stopped charging even after switching to different usbc chargers. I’ve contacted the company, I’ll wait and see if they actually reply to me.

DO NOT BUY! I loved them at first and was excited to find them. But mold grows in the seal that closes off the charging post. I would NOT recommend them! I wish it wasn’t past my return window. I’m seriously disgusted by them as a mom.

We purchased two of these toothbrushes for our kids and they love them. They love the automatic timer so they don't have to ask when they can be done brushing! However, after about 6 weeks one of the toothbrushes started having problems - would turn on on its own and then wouldn't charge anymore. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly to correct the issue. I really appreciate the customer service and my daugher is very excited to get a replacement!

My kids love the design and timer (not just overall brushing time, but also an indication when to move to the next section of their mouths). We had an issue with one toothbrush turning on intermittently on its own, but we contacted the manufacturer and they sent us a replacement (along with some toothpaste and stickers!). Great customer service.

Great Toothbrush But Charging Issues

My kids started to like this brand so we bought two of their toothbrushes. We purchased the purple version in November 2024 and the pink one in January 2025. I noticed the purple one uses a micro USB charger whereas the pink one uses a type C charger. It's frustrating but the purple one does not charge with the charger it came with nor with any other charger so it's useless as an electric toothbrush and is being used as a manual toothbrush. The pink one is charging fine for now. For the price point, the toothbrush is a great value. However, if it's unable to be charged, then it's just an overpriced manual toothbrush with replacement heads.

Battery refuses to charge

Have owned two of these, and both failed to recharge after the initial battery discharge. They're supposed to recharge by USB, and while a charging light comes on when plugged in, the device never works again. Don't know what the issue is but two failures is enough for me.

Bought it in may and it is now January and we still love it. Charged it a few times and it still works great. Kids are 3 and 5. I do dislike the fact that you can only order replacement heads online.

All four children have one, it wasn't until recently that one malfunctioned. It was too late to return to Target so I reached out to the company through email. Dr. Lisa assisted us, she had a fast response time and resolved the issue quickly. She asked for our information and the number under the toothbrush. She sent a replacement and free toothpaste free of charge! Stickers were included also which my daughter loved! She also told us about their Anticavity club for kids. They sent a plastic card along with different character stickers. We currently have another toothbrush with that same model number but haven't had any issues. Even so, with the customer service we were provided, I have no doubt they'll provide a resolution. It's definitely worth reaching out to the company!

I purchased one of these for each of my daughters. The battery lasted no more than 2 weeks. I attempted charging in multiple outlets using multiple cords and neither toothbrush ever worked again.
