This probably would’ve been cool, but my daughter was able to open it without our help, smashed through the paper and ruined the whole “magic” part before we were able to help her with it. Maybe make the packaging more difficult to open for kids so the surprise isn’t ruined…

We love the effect as you mix the cauldron and dropping in the naming scroll for it to bubble and fizz with a gem reveal at the end. A big part of the excitement was the surprise of which toy it would be. After the main event she now uses the cauldron to put her other toys in there and she chases her Brother around telling him she's casting her spells.

The prospect of making magic with my daughter was very exciting only to have a little fizz on the top of the paper at the top of the cauldron before the box popped up with the cuddly toy inside. My daughter’s response, bearing in mind she’s five … “Is that it Daddy?” The toy inside is a little bland also and kept my daughter entertained for no more than an hour. Overall I little disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend.

Everything was extremely child friendly and felt very magical. The girls had great fun casting the spell to conjure the magic mixie but the fun didn’t stop once the magic mixie appeared as they then went on to reuse all the mixing set in their role play games. This is something I would purchase again for my own children and as a gift for family friends.

When we opened it, and started to follow the instructions, and the magic started to happen, they were beyond thrilled. This brought so much fun for them, and to see the look on their faces was priceless. This set includes the items like the wand, the fizz potion, instructions, plushie, and a few other things. Kids will love this!

My daughter had a absolute blast from the moment of unboxing & made every single potion until it was all done. My daughter loves using her imagination and this let her make pretend potions. Ever since she is non stop asking for more. This is an enchanting little potion kit that looks really appealing to young children. This would make a great gift for a fairy loving girl or perhaps one intrigued by the idea of magic. It’s an adorable set and I would definitely recommend it.Loved it !!
