I bought these a while back, I really enjoy them. At first I was worried that mg wise, it would not be enough but after using for a couple of weeks it’s the perfect amount. When I don’t use these, or forget to take them, my legs tend to cramp up.

Other ingredients beyond magnesium or organic brown rice, flour and vegetable cellulose. They do taste a little bit odd, because of the brown rice flour I think but neutral enough.
