I've been using this product for a while, but noticed some changes on the label of my latest order. Two things changed: the dosage per serving has been reduced from 325 mg to 300 mg, and the supplement facts label has changed. This totally caught me off guard since these changes were not advertised anywhere when I ordered it. But overall this product still helps with my sleep and muscle tensions.

Magnesium is supposed to be beneficial for muscles, mood, and cardiovascular health and as an aging woman in my 40s this seems like a great product to take on dose and reap many benefits. really have felt good and enjoyed the product

I've tried melatonin but don't love the drowsy aspect. I was so impressed by how well these magnesium pills worked. I started taking them at night for a few days and after about 4 days I started to feel a difference in my anxiety levels. There’s no taste to these which is great! I sleep pretty regularly already but I feel like I slept more consistently through the night when I would take these. So far I really like them!

My sleep has improved and for the first time in months, I slept through the entire night and wake up feeling rested. The only thing I did not like is that it’s recommended to take 3 capsules daily. The benefits definitely outweigh the extra 10 seconds it takes for me to swallow them. This is a great product to have as part of a daily wellness routine.
