[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pill is a little large but easy to take especially with water but I didn’t really notice any effectiveness as far as improving sleep or any other health factor. Not really worth the cost especially given there are other supplements for cheaper.

Often when I take it I suffer from from gastrointestinal side effects, but not with the Beadlets. The capsules are easy to take (I prefer that to a drink) and I have noticed an improvement in my sleep quality. While they can be hard to find I really enjoy this magnesium and I will be repurchasing!

I love the fact that these pills were smaller than my regular brand. They also have beads encapsulated and were very fast acting. Magnesium Glycinate is known to help with sleep. This brand helped me to get sleepier quicker and made me very relaxed. I highly recommend this brand if you are in the market

Generally, I take them with food before bedtime, and they do not cause stomach upset. I obtained medical approval before taking this medication, and my provider had no issues with my taking them regularly.

I usually take magnesium glycinate for sleep or anxiety and this worked wonders! I take it at least 30 minutes before sleep and it helps me stay asleep all night. I think the beadlets in the capsules in this formulation work better than other types I’ve tried for keeping me asleep longer. Always make sure you check with your doctor before taking a supplement as some people with certain conditions shouldn’t take magnesium and it’s always good to be safe! I’d definitely recommend these magnesium capsules!
