This game-changing liquid eyeliner features intense color pigments and a precision tip for effortless application. Our semi-permanent eyeliner lasts up to 36 hours, and disappears without a trace for zero mess removal.
Step 1. Draw this precision liquid eyeliner along the upper lash line. Step 2. Let the liquid liner dry for 20 seconds. For removal: Press and hold a makeup wipe on your lid for three seconds, then glide the wipe across the eye area. Repeat if needed.
Warning: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

This eyeliner was suggested to me. I was told it was similar to the ultra liner that was recently discontinued. I had been using ultra liner for 30 plus years. The tattoo liner has less product in it. It does have a shine to it that the ultra liner does not have. It is not as durable and it cracks as the day goes on. The applicator is not a brush. It kind of skips on my skin when I'm applying it. I hope this helps someone that is desperately trying to find a replacement for the ultra liner like I am.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this eyeliner for almost 6 years. It does not smudge or smear. It stays on for as long as it says and when you need to take it off it comes off easily. I love this eyeliner so so much and have stayed loyal in my purchases. Please never discontinue it!!

This is the weirdest eyeliner I’ve ever used. The paintbrush is unhelpful and messy, especially on the bottom lid. When a speck of water hits it it peels off in a weird stretchy little string - reminds me of rubber kind of? It definitely comes off easily which is the only real perk I can think of.

Sad, I just wasted money on it. Bought it from the store and it says 36H lasting. Unfortunately the ink came off as soon as I rubbed my eyes. I had applied it, let it dry and then I tried rubbing my eyes gently. Peeled right off. Probably the worst eyeliner on the market. Ive tried most of the drug store ones like this and they’re all disappointing in one way or other. But this one was just straight up a Rip Off

I bought this one a month ago and I feel so disappointed. Even for the first few times, the ink inside is solidified and became gel-like pieces. And it’s not a smooth one. It just looks like I have opened it for ages and dried out.

I can’t believe this product is sold! Maybelline clearly doesn’t look at the reviews. This liner is clumpy and doesn’t even apply smoothly. I’m shocked!

This is literally the worst liquid eyeliner I have used in my entire life and I’ve been doing cat eye liner for 16 years. This stuff SUCKS. It wipes itself off, it’s chunky, it doesn’t look smooth, it literally peels. DONT BUY THIS

I got this eyeliner because I thought it would be perfect for my makeup looks, band at first it was good! But after I applied, the eyeliner got all clumpy and melted onto my eyelashes, which I thankfully could peel off, because this product is flakey! But the applicator is really good, and the color is amazing!!

Recently I forgot all my makeup products at home, in hopes of getting an eyeliner that would do the basic for a week, I decided to buy the tattoo studio 36 hours liquid eyeliner, when I tell you it lasted maybe 5 hrs, 2 days in a roll, sad overall. Not even 10 second best bet would have made this product better.

I’ve been a loyal Maybelline user for over 60 years. This is the WORST product I’ve come across. It was gloppy, not at all liquid, flaked off, completely unusable. I’m shocked you’d try to sell something so bad.

This is the only eyeliner I found that is super dark and lasts all day, even through tears. It glides on like any other liner, but once dried, it's almost like silicone. When you remove it, it doesn't smear like ink but comes off in a goey piece. I guess that's why it would stay on thru all water activities. At least you'll look cute in a rainstorm!
