[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My bf and I rock climb inside and outside, and often times when we overwork ourselves by doing more routes than usual we get that unpleasant elbow pain :( I was thrilled to receive this, however, its size is too large for my arm but fits my bf perfectly. We love that you can use it hot or cold - for cold just toss it in your freezer for a couple hours and for hot you heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds! Easy peasy. According to him, it’s a comfortable brace that doesn’t cut off circulation or feel itchy. This will definitely come in handy for when we have one of those days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I play a lot of golf. As a result, I sometimes have pain near my elbow and on my arm, in what is commonly referred to as Golfer’s Elbow. I had the opportunity to try this product and I must say it works very well! This area would be difficult to ice or heat manually, but this sleeve just slips right on and stays cold or warm for 20-30 minutes. The material is heavy duty but still breathable and after a minute or two, you don’t even notice it. Where the arm bends in particular is extremely comfortable. Sizing runs large I would say, I’m 6’0” and 190 lbs and size large is a little loose on my arm.

It does stay better on my husband's are, so he will get the use out of it when needed. It feels amazing and is very comfortable to him. I would definitely recommend it to someone who needed it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flex ice therapy sleeve arm/elbow compression sleeve. It has a great fit and very stretchy. It’s very very cold. Almost to the point of being too cold. Very soft and flexible. Pretty cool sleeve. The only downside is it gets soooooo cold. You can only have it on for a few minutes. Gets so cold that it feels like you will get frostbite. I recommend that you wear a sleeve under this. This sleeve is so stretchy that it can also fit on the leg. In the pictures the sleeve is on my husband. He is 6’2” and 220lbs. I recommend this sleeve if you need a really cold sleeve that stays cold a long time. Just be prepared to have something between your skin and the sleeve. I was gifted this item from Flex and Influenster for my honest opinion

The material is inherently cooling, but it works even better from the freezer. He actually likes using it on just a warm day to cool down. He's not 100% sure the compression helps, but he loves the chilling factor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great arm sleeve when put in the freezer and taken out for recovery. It felt like pure bliss on my arm after my half marathon. The downhills were steep and I tightened my arms a lot so this was great for afterwards. It’s a tight squeeze for compression and heavy so just wear it while relaxing. Now I need two so one for both arms lol! It is a bit heavy and the ice cold will hit you quick but well worth it!

I got the XL and it was snug perfect fit. Stay on no matter what movement and penetrates deep. Looking for one for shoulder now because this device is awesome.
