The compression provides excellent support for my elbow, reducing fatigue and aiding in recovery. The sleeve fits snugly without restricting movement, and the material is breathable and moisture-wicking, which helps prevent sweat buildup. I do wish it had more size options.

It does stay better on my husband's are, so he will get the use out of it when needed. It feels amazing and is very comfortable to him. I would definitely recommend it to someone who needed it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flex ice therapy sleeve arm/elbow compression sleeve. It has a great fit and very stretchy. It’s very very cold. Almost to the point of being too cold. Very soft and flexible. Pretty cool sleeve. The only downside is it gets soooooo cold. You can only have it on for a few minutes. Gets so cold that it feels like you will get frostbite. I recommend that you wear a sleeve under this. This sleeve is so stretchy that it can also fit on the leg. In the pictures the sleeve is on my husband. He is 6’2” and 220lbs. I recommend this sleeve if you need a really cold sleeve that stays cold a long time. Just be prepared to have something between your skin and the sleeve. I was gifted this item from Flex and Influenster for my honest opinion

The material is inherently cooling, but it works even better from the freezer. He actually likes using it on just a warm day to cool down. He's not 100% sure the compression helps, but he loves the chilling factor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The medium size is a bit big for my arm, but I have some tennis elbow and have been using it after pickleball. I like the fabric, it’s soft and breathable. The coolness doesn’t feel too cold on my bare arm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great arm sleeve when put in the freezer and taken out for recovery. It felt like pure bliss on my arm after my half marathon. The downhills were steep and I tightened my arms a lot so this was great for afterwards. It’s a tight squeeze for compression and heavy so just wear it while relaxing. Now I need two so one for both arms lol! It is a bit heavy and the ice cold will hit you quick but well worth it!

I got the XL and it was snug perfect fit. Stay on no matter what movement and penetrates deep. Looking for one for shoulder now because this device is awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this about a week and a half ago, and I’ve used it every time I exercised since. I really like this. It fits great. It’s comfortable. It’s a little heavier than I expected, but it’s not bad.

I picked this up to use when I finish doing work around the house and backyard and it helps alleviate most of the soreness I have in my elbow and arm from these activities. Definitely worth the try

This helps me recover from my gym workouts as well as weekend soccer since I play goalie and have to fall on my arms a lot when diving.

My wife has tendinitis in her elbow from playing tennis her whole life so I bough this for her. It hasn't made the tendinitis go away completely but it definitely has helped relieve some pain when she gets home from playing. I'm hoping this can help continue playing for longer.

I use this for post gym and it helps relieve my soreness. Another benefit is that I can conveniently drink my protein shake with this on
