I have used this kettle for years and have gone thru two now and love them but I needed a new one and the first one arrived broken, returned and reordered. 2nd one arrived and the lid kept popping open once it began boiling, returned and reordered. 3rd one arrived and lid does not fit snuggley so it will not shut off when boiling, ugh! I am going to order and returne ONE more and hope the 4th is a charm before moving on to a different brand, ugh! This is why I shop at Target for certain things, free shipping and easy free returns at store!
