I have been taking this supplement for more than six months. This has made a huge difference for the menopausal support that I need. I can definitely tell a difference if I skip doses. Due to underline medical conditions I am not able to take any prescription medication to help with the menopausal symptoms.

I bought this and went through the bottle, and I was not expecting anything to change. But I believe it helped a lot. I w/reducing hot flashes, all the other fun stuff, etc I don’t think it was placebo effect, maybe timing, but enough where I will order it again and typically I wouldn’t…. I purchased the thyroid and menopause bundle, I only take a natural things & they seem to make a difference. I will buy again and see if that continues!

I've been taking this supplement for a couple years now. It worked immediately! The very first night I went from waking up soaked, with soaked sheets every hour, to every two hours. It doesn't sound like much, but if you know you know... It was a big relief. It gave me some hope that something could help. And it did!! It only proceeded to get better after that first night. My symptoms ebb and flow, but with these supplements, I can say that I never wake up soaking wet anymore. Sometimes with a little damp skin or pillow, but nothing like I was experiencing before I started taking them. I rarely have a hot flash during the day anymore and I'm sleeping 3-5 hours straight now. I love that it has the extra ingredients like vitamin D.
