This Salsa Verde Enchilada Sauce from Good & Gather™ makes it easy to create a fresh, authentically flavored dish without a lot of work. Made with tomatillos, onion & Jalapeño peppers, this salsa verde enchilada sauce offers a mild heat level the whole family will enjoy. Spoon a filling mixture (such as cooked chicken, black beans or cheese) down the center of tortillas, roll them up and arrange in a baking dish, then pour the enchilada sauce over the top and bake to create a simply delicious dish.

This enchilada sauce has a lot of flavor. At first you notice a lot of green chile but then it finishes almost kind of sour. I'm not sure if it is too much lime or another ingredient, but it is not my favorite flavor. I do appreciate that it is not bland like most options out there.

The salsa verde is do good. My family loves tacos and we eat them weekly and it wAs so excited to try a new Verde sauce. This will easily become a staple in our household and I cant wait use it again.

Good & Gather’s Salsa Verde Enchilada Sauce is a flavorful, tangy blend of tomatillos, green chilies, and spices. It has a smooth texture with just the right amount of heat, making it perfect for enchiladas. Very Convenient to use and it’s delicious.

Living in S Texas, I had my reservations about trying this green salsa. (I received this product for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review.) However, it was actually surprisingly good! As you can see in the photos, I used a square 8” pan. I had just enough salsa for my enchiladas. So if you plan on making a large quantity of enchiladas, you might consider a second bottle. The salsa is a little thin compared to regular salsa but it absorbs into the corn tortillas. The flavor of the tomatillos does come through. I really didn’t notice the jalapeños, which is good news for some. Overall, a good representation of good salsa verde

I love this green inspired enchilada salsa… it’s not spicy which I love so I would describe it as mild and it has a little kick to it! Which I love … it also has the green enchilada taste! I put it over my tamales and my twice and beans and it was soo good!

I made taco's and used it for that. It was ok for flavor. Consistency is very runny. I know the instructions say to use it on chicken and I think it would be best for that. It isn't made to use on anything else because of the consistency.

This sauce was amazing! It was tasted very fresh and had lots of seasonings in it! You would have thought it was homemade. I will definitely be buying it again. I can’t wait to add it into my rotation of dinners.

This Mexican-Inspired Salsa Verde Enchilada Sauce from Good & Gather is perfect for a variety of recipes. This sauce has a mild heat level and adds just the perfect amount of spiciness to any meal. Great for over chicken, rice, enchiladas or any other recipe. I like that it is made with natural ingredients. The consistency is thin, and this sauce is very versatile and delicious.

This is a delicious Salsa Verde great for enchiladas or any other Texmex dinner. It has a good flavor that has a little bit of spiciness, but nothing that will make you run for the milk. If you like Salsa Verde and want to try this one, don't hesitate!

I was honestly highly (and naturally) skeptical about this prouduct, seeing as it has no reviews or ratings whatsoever. But this honestly surprised me in the best way. Nice & bright, a good amount of heat, primarily natural ingredients, and it honestly does taste like an authentic Mexican sauce. And I know it's marketed as an enchilada sauce, but it's an absolute banger w/tortilla chips, as this sauce isn't very thick. Highly recommend.

When I got this, I figured it is salsa verde - it would be vegan. This is not. It contains dairy. That was disappointing. A friend of mine did try it and she said it was good. The consistency is a bit on the watery side. I personally do not recommend it but if you are not vegan, you may like it. There are plenty of other really good salsa verdes on the market that are vegan.
