This is a must-have on my periods. I don’t mind the caffeine version, but I like to have both on hand in case I start my period in the late afternoon or evening. Midol is the only thing that noticeably helps with my cramps and I definitely recommend it to all my friends! I wish it was a tad cheaper, but you can find it on sale every so often at Target.

Best thing to use for that time of month in conjunction with ibuprofen really helps with the cramps and bloating to at least make them more manageable.

Ive had painful periods for a while and i always told my self to push through the pain, until it got to a point where i was almost passing out. And i ended up taking midol one time and it was actually so helpful, now i can actually stay at work rather than having to leave early or take days off. And im only 20, so i am so thankful midol is around. I would 1000% recommend to all girls and women that have painful periods.

I didn’t realize that caffeine can actually enhance your period cramps. After finding a caffeine free pain reducing medicine I take these before going to sleep. Can feel the difference.

For some reason, the regular caffeinated Midol affects me negatively, so these are a life saver, and they’re cheaper at Target than basically anywhere else. If you want a good period pain reliever without the extra side effects of caffeine, these are your best bet. I would truly be suffering so much without these. The pain relief isn’t instant, but when it kicks in, it works very well.

This is a period must for me. As someone who has always had painful periods, they’ve only gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. This does not relieve me of all of my pain but it does provide a lot of relief. It does take about 30-45 minutes to work for me, but I just keep that in mind between doses.

I bought the product this morning, and i was reading the reviews and i was getting mixed signals for it, but i got because i suffer from bad period cramps and i was in tear because of the pain, But these worked good! it took 1 hour to kick in but i took it at 12:30 ish and now it’s 4:12 and my period cramps are gone! no pain AT ALL! i also ate food, and drank water, and made sure i was in a cold environment but, these worked really good!

I have really bad cramps the first couple days of my period so this didn’t work that good for me. I gave 3 stars because it did make me fall asleep for a few hours and that’s a few hours I didn’t have to deal with cramps. However, when I woke up the cramps wasn’t as severe but I still felt them. Since we all deal with periods differently, I would recommend trying for yourself.

This is for my 12-year-old who just began her menstrual. And it seems to work OK for her I do like that it is a caffeine free option but for the price I think you could just use normal Aleve.
