These are really helpful for mild cramping. I was able to go about my day without noticing constant pain, and didn't have to worry about the patch losing heat or falling off. I don't think it will relieve terrible cramping, but the amount of heat is suitable for the kind of mild, consistent pain that I get. They fell off my clothes, they fell off my underwear, they fell onto the floor, and I’m pretty sure they would’ve fallen off the surface of the sun if I’d tried to stick them there. What kind of incompetent, half-baked design team thought it was acceptable to release a patch that can’t even perform its most basic function? If you’re going to make a patch that sticks to clothing, IT SHOULD ACTUALLY STICK. Otherwise, you’re just selling overpriced pieces of trash that belong in the garbage—which is exactly where these ended up. And then there’s the so-called “heat.” What a complete and utter joke. The heat output was so weak and pathetic that I genuinely wondered if they forgot to include the heating element altogether. For a product that’s supposed to help with pain, it’s insulting how little effort went into making these patches actually functional. I’ve gotten more warmth from a passive-aggressive email than I did from these useless patches. But wait, it gets worse. In conclusion, MIDOL HEAT VIBES is a complete waste of money, time, and energy. It’s overpriced, poorly designed, and utterly useless. Do yourself a favor and avoid this garbage at all costs. MIDOL, you should be embarrassed for putting this pathetic excuse for a product on the market. Consider this my formal request for a refund and an apology for wasting my time.

I have really bad period cramps. It helps to ease some of the pain. Made me comfortable especially when I do not want to take medicine. It’s comfortable and easy to use. Recommend it for any females going through cramps.

These simply don't heat up. Don't know if it's a bad batch or what, but it was a complete waste of my money. I bought three boxes.... Only one patch warmed up at all at it was hard to discern if it came from my body heat or the patch itself.

Heated packs are everything when it’s that time of the month! Definitely works and helps when you need it! Good value and lasts a few hours! No noticeable scent which is good and stays in place where you need it most.

I love Midol products so I was really excited for this. I live with a heating pad for a week monthly. But these barely got hot, I was so sad.

Great concept and worked well for when I had to go to work but for period cramps it just wasn’t enough. It was comfortable. Probably wouldn’t buy again. Durable though and no strong smell.

I am not really a fan of these. I don’t think they helped with my menstrual cramps. I personally do not tend to use heat for cramps though. I do not think they lasted very long either.

I had bought 2 single use pouches, and the first one didn't give off nearly any heat, so I figured it may have been a fluke. As I went to try the second one I found the same issue. Directions say to stick it to your clothes, but they're not that sticky.

These Midol Heat Vibes pads are life-changing! It's convenient during that time-of-month and/or when you have certain ache-y spots. However, the heat doesn't stay as long as expected.

So I just bought this a couple of days ago and I'm using it for the first time. This company did not think about the plus size girl because I put it on the place where it has the pain I feel the heat but it's not heating up where the pain is you need to make a bigger patch for plus size women.

I bought the heat vibes a week ago and I just tried one yesterday. It really helped, but the pain was worse. Anyways, its gets warm very fast and the only thing is that it doesn't attach very much to certain fabrics

I literally just bought this yesterday hoping it would help in some type of way but honestly I felt no heat coming from the patches what-so ever. I don’t know how this patch can be considered a heating patch. Definitely wasted my money.
