This is a great variety of high quality seasonings. I ordered the Midwestern classic set, but received a set that has Tastes of the Middle East to include - Lamb & Beef kabob, Za’atar, Chicken kabob, Morocco, Shawarma and Green Harissa seasonings. I’ve tried a few (Chicken, Shawarma, and Green Harissa) and so far, Green Harissa is my favorite! I used it to make a pork stew and it was SO flavorful! Bold, tasty and soothing—great combination of garlic, sea salt, chili pepper, coriander, cane sugar, cumin, green bell pepper, cilantro, onion, paprika, jalapeño, red pepper, marjoram, bay leaf, rosemary, cinnamon, caraway and cinnamon. I was nervous about so many spices, but it came together and tasted delicious. I love that that this set can be used as a rub or just to season proteins or veggies. The ingredients are all natural, contain no msg or anything artificial, are gluten free and small batched in the USA. These also come in small containers with a twistaboe lid that has a built in shaker holes as well as a side to pour out larger portions. Additionally, the containers have magnetic bases, so you can stack them up in your cupboard together or place them on on your fridge or stove for easier access and to save space! Overall, a really awesome product, that is suitable for any type of dish, entree or side. This would make a great gift for the chef or foodie in your life or just treat yourself and your tastebuds to one of the sets of great seasonings!
Great spices but container concerns

Love the flavor varieties of these spices! The dill pickle was tasty on popcorn and the everything but the chili has been a wonderful addition to just about anything! (We use it on Ramen noodles) I love how the ingredients are very clean and smell fresh however the container itself is honestly a bit annoying to use. The metal lid is (very) secure and honestly a bit hard to turn to get the opening set up and honestly is a bit concerning as these are metal so I am nervous about accidentally ingesting tin-or whatever metal this is- and/or lead and it being masked by the intense flavors of the spice. The magnet is incredibly secure and I have no fears of these falling but maybe a lead test should be done in these for my peace of mind. Other than that I'd purchase the spices again but skip the containers. As full disclosure I received this item in exchange for my honest review. Any opinions are my own to help make better products.

So far I have used half of the seasoning and have been very impressed with their flavor. I like that the cases are magnetic for storing and would be cool on a magnetic board or the side of your fridge.

I was really excited to try out these seasonings that would pair well with most dishes I make. First, I really appreciate the packaging. It has a magnetic bottom for easy storage and the top screws to different openings to get the right amount out. My kids favorite is the Cool Ranch that I make a dip with. Will be buying more in the near future.

I love these seasonings. I like that they are compact and that the spices do no clog up because of the dispensing design! Let’s not forget about the magnetic capabilities! It’s great for space saving on my spice rack! I want to get all the different flavors. Highly recommend!

These spice mixtures are all so delicious. Each one has a distinct flavor profile and the set is a great way to branch out with different spice combinations. My husband is an avid bbq/smoker guy and usually makes his own spice mixtures, but has loved having these to easily grab. I love that they are pure spice mixes and don’t have any preservatives like citric acid and they don’t have any mystery “natural flavors”, or fillers/anti caking agents like rice powder or corn starch. They all have salt in them, but it isn’t the first ingredient and is sea salt, balanced nicely to bring out the flavor of each spice mixture. The spice containers themselves are great because they stack easily, are magnetic so they stay together on locked onto the range hood, and they twist open to shaker holes or a pour hole.
Solid seasonings but you kind of need a lot.

These seasoning smell awesome. They're packaged well and the tiny tins are easy to use. They're just a little hard to turn once you get seasoning stuck in the lid. Since the tins are magnetic, you can store them in places you otherwise might not be able to, which is cool. While these seasonings seem to be small-batch, the downside is the need to use more than you think. The Dill Pickle is a little spicier than I thought it would be, but to get to that point, I needed to use way more than I thought on some cucumbers. The Cool Ranch tasted good on some fried potatoes but the flavor was so light that I could have doubled the amount I sprinkled on to get the amount of flavor I wanted. I don't know how I feel about the value given the amount you have to use to flavor food, so that's where minus one star happened.

These spices and flavorings were very delicious and had interesting packaging that seemed to be able to distribute the product onto food reasonably. My only issue is that it doesn't appear that it seals completely and living in a very moist environment that could be a problem. But overall I think the product is great and if you're into using spices and seasonings often in your food this would be a great group of spices and flavorings to have.

I received these in exchange for my honest review from hey Bullseye. This one came with six different flavors that you can actually add to your food. I did try quite a few of them and they were really tasty. What I really love is a individual containers and either you have the option to pouring a lot or just sprinkling on it. The lids are very secure when closed. All the flavorings came individually wrapped inside of the container and all you have to do is cut it open. What I really enjoyed was it on the back of each of the containers gives you ideas of what you can sprinkle it on. Was relatively priced averagely but considering you don't need very much to get a great flavor it's going to be very cost-effective.

I am very pleased with these Gustus Vitae seasonings. I love that they are magnetic so you can easily stack them and they also can stick to a stainless steel grill for easy access. I made chicken with the chicken Kabob and it turned out delicious. I also made chicken using the Shawarma seasoning and loved it! The containers are unique in that they have two different dispensers along the top of the container. One opening is about an inch long and you can lessen the amount being dispensed just by moving the lid a little so it covers just what you don't need. Then there are holes where you can shake out what you need. I went to the Gustus Vitae website and they have many recipes and many different seasonings which I can't wait to try! What a great product!

I really wanted to like this set of seasonings, but most of them are pretty bland. However, the Everything But The Pizza and Cool Ranch make the set worth it and I would definitely buy those two again. The Everything But The Pizza one is fire, I love it! I put it on everything.

These are great seasoning combinations in cool containers. While I’m not sure I’ll use the dill pickle, most of the flavors can be used in dishes I make often. With small shaker holes, a bigger hole or the option to take off the top, they’re easy to use. There’s also a magnet on the bottom!

These all smell delicious! We used the "everything but the fry" seasoning on fries, the "everything but the pizza" seasoning instead of regular Italian seasoning, and the dill pickle seasoning for a dip and they were all delicious! I'm excited to try the other 3 soon!

I have used one of these spice blends so far and thought it was good quality and tasty. I haven’t tried any of the others yet. I don’t love that the spices come in plastic bags that you have to open and put into the container. I prefer zero plastic when possible. I like these containers though…they are magnetic and I stuck them on the side of my fridge.

I’m a Minnesota girl living in South Florida. Sometimes I want salt and pepper to seem spicy, true to my Midwestern roots. This spice mix is much better than salt and pepper. The Midwestern spice collection reminds me of comfort food that you would find in any grandma‘s house in Minnesota. They are a very good variety. Bonus points because these can hang on your refrigerator with a magnet.

These spices are great to add some Mediterranean twist and spice to your food. I like the different options and they are easy to use in the container that allows a twist of the lid for usage. They also have magnetic bottom if you would use that option.

These individual containers contain a pouch of delicious seasonings that are fun to add to any food item to help enhance the flavor. The container are cool - each one has a magnetic bottom so you can easily stack them without them falling over, and each container has an opening and two different pour methods - large opening, or sprinkle opening.
