Simply put … Very neat and compact unit doing its job on a 24 hr basis. Air flow direction never needs to be altered example not blowing directly on us speed is auto altered be programs we use . Turndown before bedtime is awesome for allergies , white noise over night works well to give us a great restful sleep . My cpap machine is not heard by my wife. Little notes are quite entertaining throughout the year .. love this machine. Just waiting for our Mila mini to come, looking forward to expanding our fresh spaces within our home. Family fresh is Mila in our HOME

We have 3 Mila’s and I’ve just ordered 2 mini-Mila’s for my partner’s home. He has two cats and I have a dog. And I have a lot of allergies. Dust. Hayfever. When it rains in the spring and when it rains in the fall. All the things. Unfortunately, my son’s Mila has started snoring while he’s sleeping at night and early in the morning. I don’t know why; the one in my main room is as quiet as a mouse. I’m wondering if something needs to be checked out…it’s been a little over two years that we’ve expanded our family to welcome our Milas.

It sounds silly, but the "close the windows, I can't keep up!" notification doesn't make any sense for us - usually a high AQI means we're cooking and need to OPEN the windows (we live in an area where the outside AQI is pretty low). I would also appreciate more insight into VOCs and how they fluctuate, ways to diagnose the source of them, etc. We ended up moving the Mila around the house to find where they were spiking the highest to try and figure out where they were coming from (but I'm still not sure we actually found the problem).

my Mila is rather loud. My partner has one and it sounds like a normal air purifier - some motor noise but mostly air flow. Mine makes a mechanical whirring noise that never lets up, even if it’s on low. The touch screen is also not very responsive. But overall I like it.

Love our Milas but I find the delay in communication difficult. I have had 2 replacement milas for my bedroom and I have been unable to remove the old one from my account. Also, I have asked for assistance on making both filters to be put on autofill and shipped together. For some reason this has not been done and I have not been able to make the adjustment myself. Please make it so

If you wanted a personal relationship with an air purifier, then Mila should be your choice. Sure, it has all the science-y stuff like a top-notch filter and a companion app full of stats for nerds, but it also smart enough to distill all that down into plain language so you can quickly get an idea of the air quality in your home.
