A: Jan, Thank you for asking. We revamped the formula for this product. There are no hydrogenated oils in them now. The product at the store will be the revised version with the following ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Canola Oil, Contains 2% or less of: Cultured Wheat Flour (Cultured Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Vinegar), Salt, Vital Wheat Gluten, Baking Soda, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate,Wheat Bran, Distilled Monoglyceride, Guar Gum, Cellulose Gum, Fumaric Acid, and Calcium Propionate and Sorbic Acid (to Maintain Freshness)

I am such a fan of wholewheat tortillas over the traditional white flour version. They have such a great texture and are so much easier for me to digest. I also find them to be less doughy and more satisfying. These Mission tortillas are affordable and have a long shelf life - I recommend them.

It’s hard to find clean tortillas that won’t break the bank and these are kind of a middle ground. I consider these to be fine for my clean eating. They break fairly easily, but the family enjoys them also.

I've eaten Mission Whole Wheat Sofe Taco Tortillas for years. I've been working to improve my diet, cutting out added sugar, simple carbs, and other junk. My next target is reducing sodium. I was astounded at the 380 mg sodium per serving - at least 50% higher per serving than other bread options. I'm sorry to say, I need to find a replacement whole wheat wrap option.

The ingredients list on the package at the store and even in the picture on the website does not have soybean oil/ soy in the ingredients list but soybean oil is in the ingredients list on the website typed ingredient section. This is misleading. Soy is a top allergy and if it is included it needs to be clearly marked. Do these have soy or not?!

These are delicious and healthy and they stay fresh in my refrigerator for quite a while. I use them to make soft tacos and burritos out of leftovers and occasionally quesadillas. They're lighter than bread and don't feel as heavy. And they're a good value.

These are no good. They all stick together and rip apart when you go to separate them. They have big holes from this and are unusable. We have tried them twice with the same result. Try another brand.
