A: This is best used on wet hair. You can always check our website for info. For now… To effectively use Mixed Chicks Leave-In Conditioner, follow these steps: 1. Apply to Wet Hair: After washing, apply the leave-in conditioner to wet hair. 2. Do Not Rinse: Leave the conditioner in your hair; do not rinse it out. 3. Air Dry: Allow your hair to dry naturally. 4. Style as Desired: Once dry, style your hair as you prefer. For added volume, you can use a blow dryer with a diffuser on a low setting. Alternatively, for a defined look, twist wet hair into sections and let it air dry. Hope this helps!

Tried this in and off trying to figure out whether it was my hair coloring or what not but results are dried up frizzy looking like broken hair. Never again will try this thank goodness it was given to me by someone else who did not like it obviously. No! No! I have volume and soft curls. Doesn’t do any favors at all and a bit too pricy for the lousy results. I’m getting rid of it. Gave it several tries and had to wash my hair and moisturize with something else. Not worth it!

I really love this for wash and his, especially if I take the time to blow dry. I’ve been using this for years and years and learned that leave-in is a misnomer. You have to put a moisturizing leave-in on before you use this for styling or you’ll experience dryness and breakage.

I don't have curly hair but it's very thick/straight and fried from hair dye so this helps make my hair very smooth and extremely easy to brush out after a shower!!

I am no hair expert. I have semi curly, semi wavy, straight in some places, a little dry here, a little oily there type of hair. It just doesn’t know what it is doing. I wash with a very good shampoo, condition, then put this absolute miracle, light weight leave-in conditioner in my hair and all of a sudden my hair gets its act together! With Mixed chicks my hair seems to uniformly curl, uniformly have even, healthy moisture, and I do not need any chemicals! No need for mousse, gel, hair spray, or to apply heat.

Noticed smoother hair with less frizz on my first application. It’s a smallish bottle for the price you pay, but based on my results it seems like a fair trade off. You don’t need to use a lot of product so I can see it lasting a decent amount of time.

My son and I love this leave-in conditioner. After washing our hair, we rub in a little of this to help really bring out our curls. I am bi-racial with naturally curly hair that is more “fine” in texture or what some would call “good hair”. However, there is no such thing as bad hair; all hair is good hair in my opinion. Nevertheless, my son has hair that is more course in texture and this stuff does great at defining his curl pattern and reducing frizz. It smells good too. This is definitely a great product that I would recommend for all curl types.

This works great for a wash-n-go bun. You must use this product on fully wet hair and allow to air dry for the best results. It defines the curls like gel but still leaves them soft to the touch. My bf loves playing in my curls when I use this product. I still think it’s too expensive and after only 1-2 days my hair feels dry. So, there are pros and cons. Would still re-purchase.
