Q: Can you mix this with the Crayola Air-Dry Clay?

A: What a creative question! Although they may seem similar, Crayola Air-Dry Clay and Model Magic are different. Both air-dry, but the clay dries to a hard solid and the Model does not. Instead of mixing the clay with Model Magic to add color, we'd suggest painting your sculpture with Crayola paint. Have fun creating your masterpiece! - Chris, Colorful Care Team

A: Crayola Model Magic is a fun, lightweight, nontoxic modeling compound that is easy to form and shape. It begins to dry permanently when exposed to air and remains slightly flexible once dry. It generally takes 24 hours to dry to the touch and 36-72 hours to dry completely, depending on the size of the piece. Happy sculpting!

Our granddaughter loves pink, purple and sparkles. This Play-Doh will be such a hit with her. The fact that it's made in American is a wonderful bonus. I'm far more confident in its safety.

The colors were nice for my 3 yr old. when the clay got dried up, we broke it apart to make 'rocks' for construction vehicles. The texture is soft and squishy rather than play dough. Nice variety

This is a fun activity and my daughter loved the pretty, glittery clay. But, I always forget with Model Magic, the color rubs off on everything. My daughters hands were black (like she had played with charcoal or soot) from the black foam, which wasn’t fun, and the color has transferred to surfaces in our house. Maybe we’ll stick to white snd paint it after it dries.

Great for creative play! Each color comes it it’s own package. Not a large box but good for small art projects. Mix them all together and you get black clay... still fun but don’t mix all together If you want different colors...7 year old got a lessen in color theory lol... good product. Would buy again so she can have more colors once more. :)
