Hi there, we are sorry to hear you didn't get the desired results and the fragrance was not to your liking. Our VOLUME Conditioner contains active ingredients, Hydrolyzed Collagen and replenishing naturals such as Coconut Oil, Shea Butter and Macadamia Oil to lightly hydrate thin, fine and flat hair. For best results, we recommend using the line best suited for your hair type and needs. Moreover, with fragrance, our goal is always to balance the efficacy of our products with a scent that isn’t overpowering or going to lead to reactions (which can happen if a product has a high percentage). However, we’ll be sure to share this feedback with our product team though, as we’re always looking to refine that balance. We hope you can try them again in the future.

VOLUME is the line we’d typically recommend for oilier hair types, so in this case we’re sorry to say perhaps our VOLUME line isn’t quite right for your hair as it sounds like you’re in need of an extra deep clean shampoo and you may want to try our CLARIFY line. It contains incorporates active ingredients, antioxidant Grapefruit Extract and essential Ceramides to provide a deep cleanse for hair with excess oil and build-up—leaving it feeling refreshed and balanced. Lastly, we'd recommend shampooing twice and using the conditioner just on the ends for best results. Again, thank you for giving us a try and we hope you find this is helpful.

It could also be that typically when we start to use a new product, we’re more conscious of any adverse effects (like hair fall) – and naturally when we’re looking out for something, we’re bound to notice it more. Hair fall can also occur due to stress, hormonal and lifestyle changes, and the use of certain medication. If you’re certain none of those factors could be at play, we’d recommend talking to your healthcare professional as it might be that you have an intolerance or allergy to an ingredient in our products or another product you’re using. For curly hair types, we typically recommend our MOISTURE or SMOOTH range, as these lines contain ingredients such as coconut oil and shea butter to help nourish hair and from our experience, people who have dry, curly or frizzy hair types find those products work best for them. Our VOLUME line, on the other hand has been formulated especially for thin, lifeless and/or straight hair, with a thorough volume-building cleansing system. Ideal for fine or oily hair that needs a boost at the roots.
