This should work with your Dish Box with a Bluetooth feature since this soundbar has a Bluetooth connection. However, we would suggest contacting the manufacturer of your Dish Box to ensure that the Bluetooth connection of that unit is for connecting to an output device.

A: Hello there and thank you for your question! The sound bar is technically the speaker, but inside of it there are a total of 6 drivers. There are 4 Dynamic drivers, 2 tweeters, and then it also have 2 passive bass radiators, which help bring out the bass sound of the speaker.

Q: Does this soundbar not come with instructions? I can't find any online and I can't figure out how to turn the device on. There is no cable to an outlet or charger. The device is connected to my tv via HDMI, but no sound is coming out.

A: Thank you for your question. This soundbar does come with an AC power cord. Once the unit is plugged into the wall and into your TV via HDMI, all you do is press the power button and this unit will turn on.

A: Thank you for your question. The SB-200 will work with Roku TV as long as the Roku TV is connected to your TV via HDMI. From there your TV would need to have an optical audio out which will then connect to the SB-200.

We upgraded our TV. Both my wife and I have hearing issues so we knew we needed a soundbar. This Monoprice SB is perfect for us. We do not need a high-end SB because of our compromised hearing. It shipped quickly and was super easy to connect. I also purchased high speed 8K HDMI cables for the ARC connection. The best part is the volume control on the TV remote works with it.

Good value and nice styling but I have several negatives. (1) Did not come with User's Manual but fortunately was able to print it out from website. (2) On screen volume does not show numbers like the original TV on screen volume, it only shows plus (+) and minus (-) symbols. (3) Remote control is extremely small which makes it difficult to read buttons. (4) Would be nice if equalizer controls had custom setting along with news, movie, and music settings. (5) There is a 10 second delay from when TV is turned on and sound starts. All in all though it is still a good value for the money and it's sound quality compared to TV speakers.
Bluetooth is terrible and it is not all mountable

Description says wall mountable - it is not. Second every time it tries to reconnect to a previously paired BT source it connects, then tries to re-pair, then disconnects. The only reliable way to get it to connect to a source is for me to unpair it from the the source every time I want to turn it back on.

I bought the soundbar for improved TV spoken words. Some does I think it's improved other days I'm not so sure. Given that i"ve only had it for two weeks I'm on the fence. Setting it up was easy and so far it has kept all settings on power up and power down.

It sounds great! The only problem is that when connected via Blue Tooth it powers off when inactive, such as when pausing a movie. When I restarted the movie, the sound bar did not turn itself back on, so I had to manually power on and the reconnect. Pain. I was hoping to find a way to configure it to either not power down (unless told to do so by the user/operator), or if it must turn itself off, then it should also turn itself back on. I connected the HDMI arc jacks on the TV and sound bar, but it still did not work. I hope I missed something, because I only want to set this up one time.

I love the quality and price, but this item I'm not a fan. first, it does not turn on and off or volume change through hdmi ARC.. I have a year old Sony Bravia. Maybe it's the TV. I don't know But it wont work. second it sounds bad. No EQ only 3 settings that don't make much difference. The first bar I got didn't have the power cord, So I had to send it back and get sent out a second one. I am returning this one.

I bought this primarily because the sound from the inboard TV speakers was so poor (hard to really hear dialogue well). I looked for the slimmest and affordable option I could find since this is just a vacation home. This checked all those boxes perfectly. I highly recommend. Only complaint is that HDMI cable is NOT included so, while I was all excited to hear it when box arrived, I had to wait to make special trip to get the cable.

I needed a slim soundbar to sit in front of my TCL TV on the stand without blocking the sensor for the remote. The SB-200 fit the bill and had good specs and was a great value. Sound is very good for its size and the HDMI-ARC works well, though for some reason needs to be reset on the TV periodically. Overall would definitely recommend for anyone requiring a slim soundbar.

Arrived with a damaged and open box, inside there was almost zero packing installation to protect it. And there was NO POWER CORD INCLUDED?! I'm not even going to try and find or buy a cord for it this - it is being returned right now. Major disappointment.

I don’t know much about tech or speakers but I am really happy with this speaker. I had to give an ex back his speakers that were really fancy, and with a subwoofer so I was worried it wouldn’t be the same but this bar has great sound and I really don’t miss those speakers at all. Definitely would recommend. I connected it to a projector and on volume 25 I can hear it from the living room.

Build quality is first rate, especially at this price point. Sound quality was surprisingly good, especially at this price point. It was a clear improvement playing music through an 11 year old Panasonic plasma TV. It was a huge improvement playing music through an 11 year old Toshiba LCD TV. It has all the input connections covered with the caveat that the optical digital accepts only PCM. I assume the coax digital has the same limitation. My Panasonic sends Dolby Digital for digital channels, so I got no sound for normal OTA TV. Sending music in PCM via HDMI to the Panasonic gave me sound. For new TVs using HDMI-ARC, the remote won't be needed. But, for older sets that do not have a variable audio output, the remote has to be used and it's clearly an after thought. It's incredibly small and the button labels have almost no contrast so they are very hard to see even in a well lit room. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase as it was a gift for an elderly neighbor. She was pleased with it.

My gripe is that it doesn't have the rear mounting brackets like the SB100. That was my fault assuming it did. So, I can't use the brackets I bought from MP, but I do have ideas for making this work. Why would they omit the rear rear brackets on this better model? Beats me. Anyway, for the price, this is very good. Just be aware not to expect the mounting convenience of the SB100.

It is great for what it is. It looks really sharp under the TV. It sounds 10 times better than the built in TV speakers. Movie dialog is crisp and clear. Bluetooth or streaming music sounds ok in music mode but you will not confuse it with a real stereo system. Again for a soundbar is a good value. I may disconnect ARC and use the TV audio out to split with my 8" Monoprice subwoofer so see how much it improves the sound quality just for shiites and giggles. ??
