Q: Will this stick melt in a very hot outdoor environment? (like a sunny beach or a sun heated, metal roof building with no air conditioning?)

I get eaten alive by mosquitos (they find me in dry places like AZ and humid ones like MN). I took a trip to Alaska and bought this since I hate the feeling of normal spray. This didn’t feel greasy on my skin and I was only bit once all week.

If you like a very sticky feeling, with a burning sensation on your skin after application, this product is for you. Everything sticks to your skin - from dirt and bugs (while hiking). The stick itself is the size of a tic tac container - but that's irrevalent. The product simply does not work - and irritated every person that used it. Possibly the worst product I have ever purchased from Target - will be going straight to the trash.

I love the idea of this product because I am all in favor of natural products. It smells amazing too, very fresh and clean. But for effectiveness, I have to say it was zero. It did nothing to help me. I applied this thoroughly when I went outside, and I came back in because within minutes, I had several mosquito bites all over my arms and legs. I am a mosquito magnet though. Maybe it might work for you because other reviewers had positive experiences. For me, it just did nothing more than smell great.
