The putty is way too hard and it doesn’t work, waist of money

$15 for silly putty! This is junk! My kids usually love the kits from this company but this is not worth it

This doesn't work at all. $15 for silly putty that stains everything. How disappointing for a kid.

The magnet doesn't move the putty like the instructions say.

I bought this for a gift thinking the idea was cool but the putty is way to stiff and the magnet is weaker than a fridge magnet. even pulling the putty thin like they suggest the magnet was not strong enough to move it. I happened to have a very powerful magnit i already had at home and even with that the putty doesn't move.

NOt usually disappointed by this company but this doesnt do anything it says and it was a huge let down. Don't buy it guys.

It’s not working as described

Putty is very hard and doesn't move that much. Magnet is not that strong.

Our five year old loved doing this experiment and learning about magnets.

Within minutes of opening it it had stained my couch, daughters clothing, and a throw blanket. I’ve tried several products, and put the blanket in the wash and it does not washout! My very expensive sofa is ruined!

My son loves to play with it, but it sticks to and stains walls, clothing, and carpet! I does NOT wash out of clothes either. Now, I have him cleaning the wall he placed putty on.

Not as pictured or described. The picture and details about this item say it comes with a tin container. I got a cheap plastic container to store the putty in. In all honesty I bought this one mainly for the storage tin. Pretty disappointed.

I bought this for my sons birthday. The putty was too hard to even pull with the magnet so we returned and bought a new one thinking maybe it was a bad batch. New one was the same. Barely works with the hard putty. Returned that one as well.

My son loves magnets. This one was cool.

Was expecting this to be more interesting than what it actually is. The magnet it comes with is barely strong enough to stick to the putty, let alone pulls it like the picture on the box.

My Daughter Really Wanted This. It Was Fine At First, But Started To Smell Really Bad After 3-4 Days And Had To Throw It Away.

Bought for grandson.age 8. Loved it. Still playing with it. Not messy which is HUGH plus. Highly recommended

I’m wondering what helped to the putty in all the negative reviews because my son has had this over a year and loves it. True it doesn’t do all the twisting and pulling like on the box, but if you leave the magnet on it, over time the putty will crawl up the magnet which is fun to see. Also if you stick a blob to the magnet some of it will slowly fall and then you can pick it all back up using the magnet. My 4 year old has had a blast using this to stick two cars together and then pick up the whole blob with the magnet. This putty also seems to stay like putty longer than regular putty - over time regular putty can get hard. This stuff has been soft the whole year. My one complaint (and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars) is that now after a year it seems to be a little sticky and it is hard to get off of surfaces. But for the price, it was totally worth a year of play.
