A: Mine did this too recently. It seems off to me. I might return it. It's never done this before and smells off.
submitted by - 1 year agoA: Hi Jasp, Thanks for reaching out to us and great question! Some Native products may undergo cosmetic changes (e.g. change in color) during storage. This is typically driven by naturally-derived ingredients in our fragrance oils, with some fragrances more likely to cause changes than others due to their ingredient compositions. These cosmetic changes do not impact product efficacy or scent, and the product will perform as expected. We hope that helps put any concerns at ease! Please let us know if you have any other questions and enjoy the rest of your day :)

Q: Is this biodegradeable? Trying to find a good shampoo and conditioner for camping but it doesn’t say on the bottle if it is or not. Thanks!
A: Hi Cc, Thanks for reaching out to us and that’s a great question! Native hair care products are not currently 100% biodegradable, so we would not recommend using them in a natural body of water. However, this is something that we are looking into for future product launches! Please let us know if we can help answer any other questions and enjoy the rest of your day!

Q: Is the fragrance synthetic or natural?
A: Hi Debbie, Thanks for reaching out to us! We use the term fragrance for proprietary reasons. Our goal is to deliver amazing fragrance experiences with perfumes that abide by our high quality & safety standards. To make our unique scents we use a blend of essential oils, synthetic oils, and natural-derived extracts. All of our products are phthalate-free and paraben-free, and we abide by the International Fragrance Regulatory Association (IFRA) guidelines to ensure the safety of our formulations. We completely understand the need for transparency and would recommend using our Lavender & Rose or Unscented products if you are looking for an option where all of the oils are listed. We will make sure your comments here are passed along to our team as well! Please let us know if you have any additional questions and have a fantastic day!
