Q: I’ve been trying to twist the pump open in both directions for a really long time—how am I supposed to open the product so the pump pops up?

Q: Does this really have Turmeric in it or is it just an artificial fragrance? If it is artificial, does Native have any shampoo or conditioner that has natural scents?

The shampoo felt too heavy on my hair and made my scalp feel dirty. I also experienced that hair loss other people have mentioned. I have used different native shampoos for a few months and I was in denial about the hair loss until I one day felt how how little hair I had compared to a few months ago. Nothing else in my routine had changed except for that fact that I was using Native shampoos. Never again! Trust what others are saying about this shampoo!

I really wanted to like this product. It’s so clean and smells so good but it made my hair fall out. I usually loose a good bit of hair in the shower but this was making my hair fall out in clumps! My nice had warned me that people were saying this happened but I got it anyway thinking people were over exaggerating, they were not! I know, for a fact, it was the shampoo and conditioner because once I stopped them and changed shampoo and conditioner, I stopped losing my hair!!! Do not buy this if you like your hair!

I reallllly wanted to like this, like so bad. The first time I used it, I thought I didn’t rinse out all the shampoo, but when I washed it again the same thing happened and I made sure to rinse well. It leaves my hair feeling greasy and heavy. My hair is naturally wavy, but fine. I think it’s is probably better suited for thicker, drier hair.

My hair type: Long, wavy but fine texture. Not suitable for my hair type. I can see this being perfect for someone with wavy and/or curly hair that is COARSE/thick texture that requires extra moisture! This formula is too heavy for my hair and doesn't make it feel clean. I however LOVE the smell. I'm rating it 5 because even though this wasn't great for my hair, I believe it would be great for others. It really does smell SO good, so I'm bummed it wasn't good for mine!

I really enjoyed this shampoo & conditioner the first month of use then I realized my hair wouldn’t feel or stay clean, I’d have to wash every day to keep it clean. I then noticed I was losing a lot more hair than usual. I have really thick hair so I shed a lot as it is but noticed excessive shedding & thinning. The reviews show a lot of people had that issue.

It was alright the first month I used it, then my hair started falling out and I wasn’t sure what was causing it until I read other reviews and saw forums of this causing hair loss. Also leaves my hair super greasy, I have 2C hair.
