If you are someone who is looking for products with "clean" ingredients, be aware that this is misleading as it contains fragrance. It also caused dandruff and an allergic reaction/rash on my body.

This shampoo and conditioner made my hair so greasy. No matter how long I continued to rinse it nothing helped except using a different brand shampoo. I used it 2x and then returned it. My hair has never felt so nasty.

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for a couple years. In the couple years, I've been experiencing new, concerning amounts of hair loss, dried out and dead looking hair, as well as dandruff that I have not ever had. I looked further into it, and found out there was a lawsuit about PFAs being in the product. As well as thousands of other people experiencing these same symptoms! I will never ever purchase this product again. It ruined my hair and made me think I had some medical issue going on.

I have tried different brands of shampoos and I’ve never had hair loss when switching to a new shampoo and conditioner until now. I only used it a few times before I quickly decided to return it. Rinsing my hair out a lot of hair ended up on my hands, I was almost shocked. There was no way I would keep trying this shampoo, I would end up bald.

Longtime customer of the cucumber mint shampoo which had the nicest cleanest and refreshing scent. You changed it bc it smells like vile strong mens cologne and gives me a migraine. It also never made me break out and now it does. Thanks for ruining it for those of us that relied on your products to be clean & simple ingredient based and not stink and make us ill. I’m so angry bc now I have to try to find a new shampoo that works like your did wo the vile smell. Please consider making a shampoo w just the mint smell that was in the cucumber mint and no ither crap smells in it. Also you need to make an unscented shampoo.

I am obsessed with this volumizing shampoo and conditioner - I have fine thin hair and have tried just about all volumizing hair washes on the market but this one is the best hands down! It lathers up really nicely so you can get your hair nice and clean, washes out well and leaves my hair light and bouncy once its dry. Its a perk that its a simple, clean product but it performs better than much more expensive and additive heavy options!

I wish it didn’t take me so long to figure out this shampoo was causing me to lose hair. I used it for months and was shedding a massive amount of hair in the shower, in the hairbrush after my shower, and every time I brushed or ran my hands through my hair whether wet or dry. I was about to start taking a hair loss supplement thinking my hormones were jacked up when I finally put 2 and 2 together that it was probably the shampoo. Literally within about 2 washes after I switched to Biolage, the shedding stopped. It seems like it should be hydrating but I think this shampoo also made my hair brittle & fragile as I had more breakage than I’ve ever experienced before. The only positive I can give is that it smells nice.
