[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on SSRIs for years and am looking to move to something more natural as I worry about the long term effects. I added these into my daily routine, along with my regular medication. Is it an overnight fix? No. It takes time to build up in your system and by the end of the bottle, I felt that it might be worth it to work with my MD in reducing my SSRI dosage in conjuction with this product. This did not upset my stomach and seemed to help with sleepless nights. I wish there were more capsules as each bottle lasts only 30 days, making it quite pricey.

I was excited to try this suppliment after reading positive reviews. I took it on a saturday night, with food, as directed. It is now Thursday and I'm still sick from one dose. It absoutly tore my stomach apart! I woke up the morning after taking it with so much stomach pain - and it's lasted for days. I was going to return it, but after chatting with target they couldn't tell me if this would be able to be returned - so that was strange. I know beauty products can be tried and returned, but this is unclear. Overall I would stay far far far away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe it's a placebo, or maybe there is something to it. I know for sure that my sleep is better when I take it at night. I can't say for sure that I noticed major differences during the day, but I did have more good days then bad when taking it.

Im not giving up on it but as of the time of this review, im still waiting for measurable results. I have very strong stressors in my life if that matters.

I take 1 pill about 2 hours before I go to bed, and it helps me to relax and fall asleep easily. I also stay asleep most of the nice without tossing and turning. I plan to keep using it and I would definitely recommend it.

These supplements seemed to help with my overall mood even on stressful days. The capsules were not overly large which made taking them easy. I really liked that are drug free so it’s a natural solution to relieving occasional anxiety.

Myself along with most other people right now are likely dealing with heightened stress given the state of current events which made this product appealing. What I can tell you is that I did not feel or experience any adverse side affects to using this product. I did feel that it helps with some stress items however I'm very aware of the power of suggestion so hard to tell if it was just that or the Natrol. I did not take this as a daily supplement but as a one off item when I felt the day was getting very stressful, so probably around two to three times a week.
Can really tell a difference!

Love this product! It does a great job of putting me to sleep. I take 2 100mg at 7pm with food, around 10 pm ready to sleep. If taken on an empty stomach it may cause nausea. However a great product for sleep. I awake feeling ready to start my day! God bless ya heart
