bought this a few hours ago and thirty minutes later I’m throwing up. I am currently STILL feeling nauseous and I did make sure I didn’t have a empty stomach.

I've been using this product for around a month now and I have to say I really underestimated how helpful these pills have been in controlling mood and handling stress

I waited 3 weeks before writing my review to make sure it would be fully in my system and in effect. I started taking this as my Dr. Had prescribed me an antidepressant, as well as Wegovy. I am nervous about taking meds long term like that and it so happened from all my research about those drugs and article popped up on my phone for 5-HTP. It sounded like a good natural alternative to the 2 drugs I was prescribed (wegovy is on backorder til Sept at least), so I figured I'd give it a try. I couldn't be happier with the results! I am no longer having the "nothing is worth the effort" feelings I was having before, feeling more positive and cheerful. I'm sleeping better, without the melatonin I wad taking nightly to "shut my brain down" at night. Also, the "food noise" is gone! I don't have any of my usually cravings or emotional eating episodes, it has allowed me to start eating more what's good for me physically vs. what my brain is telling me will make me feel better emotionally. 3 weeks in and I'm more active, sleep better, feel better mentally and am also down 7 lbs.

5htp is the only thing that has helped with my depression. No side effects and great improvement It doesn't make me feel weird or anything .

I decided to take something to help calm me. I was under a lot of stress and my breathing was always off and my mood was low. I took this and it really made a difference...a big difference on that very first day.

I only tried once since i just received it but why in the world would you do such a big bottle for so little pills?? What a waste and almost scam! I know the amount is on the bottle but still…

I really did feel great on this. The only issue is that I started have jaw tremors and tightness. Once I stopped this seemed to go away. Given how well I felt, I might try it again to see if the jaw was something else. Definitely recommend trying it though!
