This seems to be working. I only take one as opposed to the recommended 2 and although I still wake up in the middle of the night, I go back to sleep rather quickly unlike before where I might have been unable to go back to sleep for hours, or, not at all.

I’m not a great sleeper. Hard for me to fall asleep. I take 3 caps 1/2 hour before bed & I get that sleepy awesome feeling and fall right asleep.

Can finally sleep thru pre-menopause symptoms! I sleep soundly thru the night, wake up refreshed and calm. I’m not at all groggy in the morning which was a surprise. I’m not usually a morning person but after my first bottle, I might be moving in that direction. Definitely in my regular rotation.

I find that It works. I can tell the difference in the quality of sleep without it. Very helpful in easing the muscles into a more relaxed state. Wish I'd found this sooner.

I have tried ALL kinds of sleep aids, including CBD, CBN, magnesium, melatonin... this combination seems to be the perfect mix - works like a charm! No more waking up in the middle of the night, and when my alarm goes off I feel rested but not groggy.

I bought these capsules for my husband. This is the first time trying this product. It still takes him a while to fall asleep but at least he is sleeping longer. Hopefully it will work better after a couple of months.
