This used to be a very good product but now it’s not. Not sure what they did to it but since they changed the package the color does not cover my grey as well as it used to and my hair is more faded. I have to use it more so now my hair seems to be thinning. I am so disappointed. ☹️

We would like to let you know that the Natural Instincts formula has not been changed in a few years since the switch to the cream formula but the packaging was been updated in 2024. Nonetheless, this is not the experience we want you to have and these results can be factors on a few different variables. Does not wash out. I put it in end of October and it’s mid January now. DOES NOT WASH OUT. I have used so many shampoos and shampoos that aren’t color safe, dawn dish soap, vitamin e pills crushed up, EVERYTHING. it has barely budged in months. If that’s what you’re hoping for then it’s perfect, but for me, I just wanted a cute fall color not for permanent dark dark brown dye

Easy to use. I very much enjoy the color. I purchased the dark brown and it doesn’t turn your hair “black”. It’s very normal for your hair to look “black” when you dye it a dark brown. It then quickly fades after the first few washes (this goes for box dye OR professional dye). Definitely recommend!

The “dark brown #4” is NOT a dark brown! It came out an inky flat black color. I’m hoping with washes it will lighten up but be warned to go a few shades above your desired shade. This product did leave my hair shiny and soft with minimal if any damage but misleading color!!
