While I was expecting adult gummies, I was a little surprised to see “kids” when the package arrived. I must say they are good for day use (because of the sugar content). I’ve taken 2 during the day and I do notice a clam-er sensation that lasts for hours. I probably would not take them at night, to avoid a sugar rush sensation.

Yes, it’s easier to pop some gummies instead of making the drink; however, I have found greater efficacy in the powdered drink mix. These gummies taste good and if it helps you wind down, then it’s worth it. The only downside is that the seving size is 4 gummies. So, be prepared that the tub won’t last as long as you may have expected!

I started taking these to help with restless and cramping legs during my pregnancy (doctor approved, make sure to check with yours!). In addition to helping with those struggles, it worked wonders for my insomnia as well. On the label, it states that one gummy for 4yrs and up as well, so I began giving them to my kids. The results have been generally less anxious and better sleep for all! Highly recommend adding this to your health and wellness regimen!
