We love how reliable it is, especially this time of year as the snow melts and the mud appears. My dog drags so much mud into the house and it’s a pain trying to keep it clean but not anymore! I also love that it works on multiple surfaces, if my dog manages to get the mud past the hallway I can still get the mud out of the couch, carpet, etc!

I thought it was just me but after seeing other reviews mentioning the strong smell I realized they changed the formula. I agree with the other comment that it smells worse than what you’re cleaning, which is bad, because I’m cleaning dog pee. So sad because this used to be a great product.

Toxic chemical industry product now. I've used this for over 30 years, no more. It smells horrific. Last time I bought they had two formulas: the original and this, now they only seem to have this. They are better alternatives such as Ecos & Biokleen. You may as well spray Febreeze its the same STANK now

Offensively strong fragrance

This company has changed their formulas. The old formulas were low-fragrance and worked really well to dissolve all pet smells. The new formula uses heavy perfumes and doesn't actually neutralize the pet markings. Despite the heavy scent, my dog was able to locate her own urine spots - even after multiple applications. That means the enzymes aren't actually working. I do not recommend this product. The m as manfactuers own website is mostly one star reviews from customers sharing these same experiences.

Doesn’t work AT ALL- it accentuates the urine smell. We purchased this because our puppy got sick and had a few accidents in the house. I don’t know what it did, but after cleaning a dollar coin sized pee stain the entire room and surrounding areas smells so strong of a strange urine! We now have to shampoo the entire bedroom. It’s awful!

This is the best solution for cleaning accidents up after pets. The fragrance isn’t overpowering- it’s very clean and light smelling. Works great but you must be smarter than the stain to use it properly. Despite it not specifically mentioning cats on the bottle, as another reviewer noted, it actually works great for all pet stains as well as human messes. I add it to our normal laundry every so often and find helps our clothes and bedsheets stay extra clean.
