This has been my go to oatmeal for the last 6 months curbs hunger I top it with two handfuls of blueberries, granola, and PB. Helps kick cravings and keeps me full. I always feel good after a bowl.

I love this so much. After a devastating health diagnosis, it was recommended that I eat more nutritious meals and reduce gluten and dairy to reduce inflammation and insulin resistance. I had no idea how to do this and it was exhausting and expensive in my initial state to try to make every meal for myself. This and other similar products from this brand made it SO easy to start the day on the right foot. It's the same prep time in the morning as the other junk I was having before, but just so much better. Please never stop making these Qi'a products.

As a busy mom, I make these oats for breakfast almost everyday for a quick and healthy breakfast. I change it up by adding different fruits and nuts with a drizzle of honey.

For the person whose cereal was "clumped" in the packet: Courage, my friend! This happened for me in one box from one store only (I shop several stores), but nowhere else. I pretty easily scraped the stuck cereal off the envelope with my spoon and right into my bowl and added hot water as usual. Yum yum! Delicious as ever.
