I am 73 and have eaten cereal all my life. Never have I enjoyed an oatmeal more than Qia. I make an overnight oatmeal with oatmilk and fruit infused yogurt. Simply outstanding, low calorie and no sugar. I give it a 10+.

This is delicious, healthy, and easy to make!! My only complaint is that one can only buy the packets. I'd love to buy a box of it so I can make more at once for my family.

I substitute this with rice now and make it savory. 2 eggs, soy sauce sesame oil, avacado, and some nori flakes. So incredibly good. My 9 year only wants this for breakfast. I rarely review anything but this has to be said. I know there's no added sugars and it's pretty straightforward with ingredients, but there's not even a cinnamon flavor in the cinnamon & pumpkin seed one. I used less than the recommended water because I like my oatmeal a little thicker and it still just tastes like water, almost a little sour to be honest. I'm very disappointed in this product and will not be purchasing again.
