These were not it for me. They worked the first few days or week. The first week they gave me relief but the second week, it was all bad. These gave me so much gastric issues and pain. It felt like I was full of air, bloated , stomach was hard as a rock I was barely having bowel movements. When I had some movement they were narrow. It’s was just weird. I started to think I had blockage. I went back to my other probiotic regimen 😓. I have IBS-C I guess lesson learned stick to what you know works. They did give some relief in th beginning, maybe they aren’t to be taken daily idk. It’s probably just me.

Flavor is pretty gross and the texture doesn’t help it’s kindof a gritty texture. I think I will just swallow them rather than chew until they are gone. The women’s multivitamin plus collagen however tastes very good.

Unfortunately, the product did not agree with my stomach. I took 2 gummies, twice a day, with food as instructed. The tropical flavor was good, but I ended up with bad diarrhea after a few days. I discontinued use until my stomach returned to normal and tried again, but I had the same result. These Probiotic gummies are non-GMO, gluten-free, and Vegan, but they don't seem to be a good match for my body. I received a free bottle of this product for the purpose of my honest review. All opinions are my own. #sponsored
