They are lemon berry flavored and they taste really good! They are reallyyy sour, but I love sour flavors! They are a great value and I would definitely purchase these again. The only downside is they are super sticky and kind of hard to get out of the container, but it's definitely not a deal breaker! Buy them!

That’s where the good stopped for me they are rough and super hard to chew the flavor was so bad I couldn’t even swallow them. Also the dose is 3 at a time they are 10mg each if understanding label is little unclear so that’s a lot it’s not even in the safe consideration by dr standards.

Serving is 3 gummies but I’ve been taking 1-2 as needed and it has been really helpful to get me to fall asleep when I expect it to be a tough night. Only issue I saw was the gummies clung together, but it wasn’t a big deal, they were easy to separate.

It’s a fun little treat and I get a shower and then listen to the Bible in one year and before you know it I’m out like a light. It seems like my sleep is very fulfilling as well. It’s easier to get out of bed in the morning. I’m no longer hitting the snooze button. The taste is good and the packaging is very convenient. I think it’s a good value for the money.

It also contains 200mg of magnesium and 10mg of melatonin per serving. It also tastes great! So far after a week I feel I’ve been sleeping more calmly. I’m looking forward to seeing what I will feel after a month.
